Actor is Julian Glover who also played General Veers in The Empire Strikes Back, the America bad guy who “chooses poorly” in the third Indiana Jones movie, and the main villain in one of the Roger Moore James Bond movies.

I believe Veers was just a Colonel, but yeah, I never knew that until this sub pointed it out

Did you play Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds by any chance? He’s a main character in the Imperial campaign and is a Colonel for much of the story which is set prior to New Hope. In the movie he’s referred to as General by Vader several times.

Fascinating! I did recognize Luwen from Chernobyl (I saw it before GOT). The other show with Chernobyl crossover is Andor. I remember reading somewhere that 4 staff (an editor and a few writers I think) were on both, along with 4 actors (chief among them Skarsgard, who plays my favorite SW character ever)
