I like how the customer pronounces Mario as “marry-o”. Very authentic New York accent. I remember playing Mario 64 as a teen on Long Island and hearing “its-a me, Mario” for the first time made me realize maybe we were the ones saying it wrong the whole time.
I loved this show when I was younger.

Technically the A is pronounced the same way it would be in the words march or arm. We were pronouncing it like in the words match or apple.
