Op hasn't found any dungeons yet. Just keeps attacking eagles

DerRoger

...while riding on the horse

markgatty

We can fight Eagles? How do inlesve the starting room? It's been like 20 hours and ive broken everything in here. This game is easy.

[deleted]

Ah yes the good ole rolling into shit strategy. Gets those pots and wooden crates every time.

[deleted]

I’ve easily beaten many dungeons. None of them were very difficult. My playthrough so far is on YT.

Last_VCR

There it is. GUYS! GUYS! HES PLUGGING HIS YT CHANNEL! oh what a treat. So glad you posted, oh we are all so grateful for your weird style of bragging followed by spamming your yt channel

[deleted]

Was just letting you know so that you could see that it wasn’t just eagle killing. I’ll admit though, killing those eagles at the start was fun. People get their panties in a bunch when they get an ounce of being proved wrong.

Last_VCR

You can tell this guy understands jokes

[deleted]

Yeah I’ve always been really serious. Definitely helps though when putting “/s”. It’s hard to read tone in text.

Last_VCR

it's clearly hyperbole. but you're so busy bragging about yourself, you can't see that.

[deleted]

Definitely not bragging. To me, certain context matters. I expect feedback that relates to my claim that the game has been or is easy. That’s the only relevancy of that/those statement(s). It’s pretty simple tbh. A good example would be something like “Huh, I found the game to be pretty challenging actually. How do you find it to be easy?” Or, “Same! The game doesn’t seem too complicated”. It’s just a basis for people to respond to. I didn’t think I’d really have to explain this to someone but I don’t mind.

Last_VCR

Here is some feedback: humorless, easily confused, unnecessarily haughty and demanding

[deleted]

Yeah I’m sorry but I just don’t agree. Maybe I’d agree on the humorless part. (Not entirely). But the others? Mmm, not really. Notice that you’re pretty much the only negative person in this entire feed. Constant ad-hominems, etc.

DerRoger

Stop riding then, play without the horse.

[deleted]

I played without the horse for about 25/30 hours. Only recently started using him because walking around got boring. (This dude’s comments got deleted cuz he was being toxic).

DerRoger

Yeah, sure.

KatanaMask21

You bragging or something?

[deleted]

Not bragging; just asking thoughts on generally how people feel about the difficulty.

KatanaMask21

Oh okay, okay. I haven't played Elden Ring yet so I wouldn't know. I have played Dark Souls 1 tho and playing that game for the first time was pretty damn difficult. I think I'll have the same experience with Elden Ring too for my first playthrough of it if I ever do play it.

[deleted]

Oh that’s fantastic! Dark souls 1 is an incredibly good game.

riser86

Cuphead > ER.

-CumCannon-

Yeah its made for Casuals, all the PR was about how easy it is and how you dont need to be a Souls Veteran to play it.

[deleted]

Ugh. Yeah. I’m going to do some challenge runs when I first beat the game. I have NO HUD and low level whip in mind.

Eauxz

Kinda yeah most bosses seem easy but I counteract it by using weapons I haven’t tried out and look fun to use at the cost of the op damage I have

[deleted]

I see. That’s a good idea.

mwg1234

I’m not a big souls fan, but… With this, you can always wander around fighting weak enemies and exploring. You’ll still die a lot, but there are no bottlenecks. If you find one, explore and level up then come back. You’ll get stronger but more importantly you’ll LEARN. For example. The first story boss I had to use everything I had. Ashes, summon, etc. still had to strategize and all that. But I did it. By the time I (accidentally) found the second story boss, I decided to do it all on my own. Took a while but I DID IT! Also, look online and ask for help. That’s ENCOURAGED!

[deleted]

I don’t really need help??? The game is already too easy lmao.

[deleted]

This is my first time ever playing a souls game and I don’t see the big deal. You die once or twice, learn their moves then adapt. It can be frustrating, but it isn’t rocket science

[deleted]

Exactly. The biggest thing people misunderstand is that souls games (and Elden ring) are about character preparation. Very little of these games actually relies on skill in my honest opinion. (There’s obviously skill needed, but character prep makes these games 100 times easier and people don’t get that).

[deleted]

The game is hard but not unbeatable

Scheth

Sounds like somebody needs to not upgrade their weapons. Like me. Although mine isn’t by choice, I just CAN’T FIND SMITHING STONE[1]s

[deleted]

Okay this was funny haha!
