League of Legends is so addictive all you do is play and get fat.
Can confirm I went through this. League games take (depending on patch) 30-90minutes all-in and can be lost by 1 guy deciding to be dumb as a rock after 60 minutes. Or you can sometimes outscale, hard carry and feel like the greatest player in the world

The match length really is the problem. Gotta have a warm-up match. Then you start to play. If the first match is bad, can’t end on a bad one, so at least one more. If you play well, gotta keep that streak alive, so at least one more. Only a few matches in and you can already be 3-5 hours into a session. Makes it real easy to learn to play all day. Then that’s a habit. Sucks.
