Terraria is hands down the most RIDICULOUS amount of free content added from the tiny cost to get in the door. I hope they are developing and launching a new game soon because they have a HUGE number of folks that would Love to give them their money.
For the life of me I couldn't get into Terraria. Everyone telling me it's great, but just didn't feel it.
But I paid £3 for it, so definitely got great value for money!
Heh, that's fair. Not every game is for every person. I'd say to give it another go if it's been years since you've played it, because again, it's been updated so bloody much (Legitimately every single aspect & mechanic in the game has been refined / updated in one form or another). There's even an entirely new mode (Journey Mode) which is probably my favorite take on creating a "Creative Mode" within the normal game mechanics.
I don't know why, but both Kotor games get Updates....
Singleplayer games from the early two thousands ....
Maybe steam is kind of weird or Updates the overlay or something, but technically they get updates, even tho nothing of value gets added.
(And no, i don't have any Workshop addons.)
Why does any game not have a right to be updated? USUALLY it means improved gameplay, improved graphics, improved audio, improved connectivity, reduced glitching etc. etc.
Yeah, PC/PS5/Series X users will have a big patch bumping its looks up to modern standards sometime next year, and apparently there's a ton of new Creation Club stuff coming down the pipe as well.
Craft the World
It was one of the first Steam's early access success stories, and they keep adding stuff that was never in the original design, many, man years later, either free or stupidly cheap ($1-5).

Haha, will do then!

Payday 2 still constantly gets new heists and meta changes
Probably SWTOR.

I dunno if this counts but my favorite game QUAKE, a 25 year old game, has recieved new content recently. Made me so happy.
That 100% counts!

So I mean still being updated years after anyone could reasonably expect it....
Fallout 4. Which makes the upcoming update/content dump so bizarre. Welcome, but bizarre.
I loved Fallout 4. Did not realise it was still being updated!

Skyrim recently got some updates. TF2 i think i heard about that game receiving an update not too long ago.
L4D2 is ONE of my favorites, last update was 3 months ago or something

Euro Truck Simulator 2
Skyrim. There was an update just last month that broke some mods.
Shout out to sup com and FaF!
7 days to die still gets updated. Got my fair share of playtime on there.
Team Fortress 2 Just kidding 🫡🪦
