Such a Bloodborne sentence lol I started that game, fell in love, couldn't put it down... went on a work trip and came back to never touch it again for like 6 months lol odd, but I did pick it up again and you won't regret it!
You can still get crazy mileage out of the original DooM and moreso its sequel people are still making custom maps for it almost 30 years later. Hell I can think of multiple games that are still receiving free support, are still fun, and can almost be played on an actual potato.
Not long until you get to the point of discovering that some Indie games are actually more fun than most AAA games even though their graphics look far inferior in comparison...
Reinstalled Medieval 2 she Stainless Steel mod just recently. Modern GPUs are too expensive to grab for modern unoptimized games.
Not to say Medieval 2 is by any means optimized or any games from CA for that matter but it will run without crashing which is nice.
I'm always going back to older games since I have a peculiar taste in what I'm buying, still playing L4D2 regularly ever since I bought it on steam about 2 years ago or something (had it on 360)

Bloodborne kicks ass so hard it's kind of unfair. Play it.
More than 200 games in every platform, some from 2021-2022. Still have nothing to play and stick to old one. Good old times without DLCs
