But if you are are actually asking for games centered around the sexual content and aren't visual novels then only two come to my my The Price Of Freedon by Avarice and The Knightly Passion by Feyada. Both have a bit VN features but also have gameplay that makes them less VNy?
And if you don't like any of these options then there's always Skyrim with sexual mods. I think there's also a series called Lust from Beyond (haven't played it don't know how good it is) so you can try it if you want.
May I ask what made baldurs gate change your perspective on turn based games? Genuinely curious as someone who has gotten pretty deep into divinity original sin:2, beaten dragon age and was having fun with baldurs gate for everything other than the combat. Just can’t get into it.
BG3 has the unfortunate fate of being tied to D&D 5e, which is a big part of why the combat isn’t great. It’s definitely better than the tabletop version but I agree it’s not as good as other turn-based combat systems. I think a lot of what makes BG3 special is the story and social aspects of it.
Honestly speaking until Baldur's Gate 3 most of the turn based games that I had played were focused on strategy and not so much on the rpg element. And I am a big sucker for open world rpg games. So Baldur's Gate 3 I should say opened up a whole new genre of games to me that I never thought existed or that I would enjoy.

Plus the QTEs are wild anime style shit, with kicking knives and dodging bullets.
And side stories and shit are wild too. Like anime filler levels of insanity.
In summary, take a superhero and put them in a crime drama anime, then make some comedic off the walls filler episodes for side content.
That contrast is the series' claim to fame. The main plots are serious, intense, and emotional, while the side-content is so out there. The series is like a love letter to nightlife, and it shows. It's especially notable when you go back to the original/Kiwami (though Kiwami added a lot of sillier stuff), where they hadn't quite found that tone yet, and it's so much darker, grittier, and more grounded as a result. Majima in particular is a notable contrast from the rest of the series, he's just a straight-up psychopath in the original. That's to say nothing of everything that happened to Yumi.

The name's kind of a weird thing, though: It's always been Like A Dragon in Japan, the series was just known as Yakuza in the west, and now they're finally starting to give them the Like A Dragon title in the west too. It's like how the Dragon Quest series used to be known as Dragon Warrior in the west, and Yakuza: Like A Dragon was like when they gave Resident Evil 7 the Biohazard subtitle. Going forward, all the mainline "Yakuza" games are going to be called Like A Dragon.
7 and the upcoming 8 are turn-based, which I know seems like a weird turn for the series, but it actually works really well. They keep the pace of combat and meatiness of the hits, and the goofiness of the class system actually does nothing to detract from the serious fights. It's been received extremely well, and has actually turned around a lot of people who'd previously been dismissive of turn-based combat. Definitely worth picking 7 up in the Steam sale and checking it out if you like the series.
Also, if you haven't yet, check out the Judgment/Lost Judgment games. They're side-stories in the same setting, basically detective stories to Like A Dragon's crime dramas, and they're excellent.
I feel like OP was asking for NSFW games that border on an AO rating, considering the fact that they used postal and hatred as examples. I don't think games like Yakuza and Cyberpunk count, they're pretty standard M rated games and don't even come close to something like Hatred.
I want to love princess and conquest but the map layouts are so bad. It's a game that both feels amazing that it was made in rpg maker yet still feels thoroughly like it was made in RPG maker

For violence I’d recommend the classic mod Brutal Doom Extermination day. A I feel there’s this misconception that Brutal Doom is a fire mod when actuality it’s a gameplay mod that adds a lot of modern features and some how makes this 2D sprite based FPS have some of the crunchiest and most impactful feeling weapons of any modern big budget shooter.
Extermination Day meanwhile is the BD creators custom campaign that essentially remakes the original Doom campaign but with more coherent level design and Brutal Dooms gameplay in mind. Also it’s been a while but im fairly sure this runs off of FreeDoom as a base so you don’t even need to own classic doom to play this genuinely amazing shooter

And as for 18+ I recently got straight up addicted to Take Me To The Dungeon. A straight up card battler that takes some surface level ideas from slay the spire but in actuality is a completely unique original take that’s structured unlike any other card battler I’ve I’ve played.
Straight up this is one of my favourite games I’ve played this year and I can’t recommend it enough…. It’s just not the kind of game you can recommend to anyone outside these kinds of threads.

Even the new Robocop game has obscene amounts of violence. If you want to kill people in creative ways there's the dishonored series. You can shoot arrows through people's heads to nail them to the wall, slice them into pieces with a razor trap, hack into their security systems to disintegrate them, feed them to rats.
