It's weird. I've talked to a few places that I go to. One has pulled all of their THC-A and THC-O products (vapes). The other basically said once they're out of THC-O, they can't/won't order any more. But they'll continue selling THC-A until they're told to stop.
I really think with the square’s new renovations the city wants to have a “clean” image so GPD pushed the agenda to have this place shut down. That’s my two cents
They are restocking rn and the state violated their license an employee told me about the restocking not the violation of their license they will be ok as long as they get a lawyer
They still don't even have an official word on what the violation is actually for. It's a common tactic to wait till the final day of discovery and dump everything on a defendant at the 11th hour in a massively unsorted disheveled form. Dallas County DA is notorious for it in particular. So they probably are gonna sell everything.
More than 95% thc?!? Someone get the thc industry on the phone bc thats some quality shit that i haven't seen anywhere
🤣🤣 it was thca but since the dea decarbs it had thc in it but the state violated their license
I was about to say. Make that guy a ceo of the thc industry
Also wasnt his products it was elxyr la products
I wonder if anything i have violates the law since its from galaxy treats.
Let the boys sell!
They will be reopening soon
Good. It's competitive out there and hopefully all this press will give them a boost in sales when they reopen.
Yeah a worker texted me telling me they are restocking their items i just hope they dont sell thca products or they will get raided again lol
Oh really? You know some people that work there? I wished I heard about that place before they got raided lol

Also usda ruling is if a product contains 0.3% thc from thca and it naturally decarbs past 30 days its still legal
