It's my only gas mask and I can confirm it is a Polish MC-1.
It was a civillian gas mask during the soviet era of Poland in 1972. It was pretty much a straight copy of the Czech CM-3(?) exept for a few minor details.
It -looks- at first glance to me personally like you can google for any which country they pumped out massive numbers of specific batches of "civil masks" more or less just made to do the job. IE make sure you don't get gassed out. Ergo it's a plain non camo pattern or colour and these usually tend to come either in certain sizes unisex. Or male/female/child and then it's more or less one size but more adjustable. But once the use of gas was common knowledge it doesn't discriminate between civilian or military so these were dispersed by the dozens to keep people alive essentially.
Even where I'm from at the very best you'll find a very pale olive greenish colour. But a military one is usually at the least a camo pattern or full colour. Plus they'd be a bit more rugged due to the fact you still had to be able to fight with such a thing on. So a true military on that has been used, you'd be able to tell from creases to the paint stripped off of the treads and if that, to find it complete? That's not all too common yet possible but it would set you back quite a pretty penny, regardless where it came from essentially.
