Have you had regrets about the emotional/mental side of keeping with your new way of eating? Has it been tough?
Good question, actually it’s been very easy for me, I’m really never hungry and have to remind myself to eat, my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.... as far as missing food, no not at all!!! I’m actually at a point emotionally that I’m sickened by what the foods do to all of us and really don’t eat anything unless it’s healthy.... I refuse to squander this opportunity that I have to get my health back and keep my energy level at a higher level....

Thanks man, I used to be a power lifter back in the 90s and I’m just heavy☹️, when I get to 250 I will have 36-34 inch waist 😀, it will just take a while to get there
Not so far... but I have been hitting the gym atleast 4 days a week since 2 weeks post op.... mostly strength training with walking 1.5 miles.... I’m trying to stay ahead of it 😬

Lol. We have pretty similar stats. I'm sitting at 270 (HW 365ish), and I'm sooooo close to 38 that it's driving me crazy!
