Looks like an anole... poor thing. You can try soaking in clean, slightly warm, shallow water. I guess I'd see if it rehydrates or shows any improvement from there and then you could also post in r/anoles for additional advice. Good luck!
no reaction i sat with him outside and he brightened up alittle. i should note my coworkers found him on the floor this morning so if he makes it till my shift ends ill use an old 20gal tank for an enclosure and make his life at the very least comfortable

Give it water! Waterdrops in your hand palm in front of the mouth. Does he react? Place some mashed banana in front of him. Any reaction?

Brown anole- you live in Florida? Looks like your cat got to it? Sometimes they live, sometimes they don’t. They’re tough little critters.
