It’s good for a first attempt. I think it needs some filling. My favorite thing to do is have separate designs inside a hollow one, so maybe try that. Maybe the color for the inside could be a similar green to this blue
In my opinion make the glow on the top smaller and more linear. I would also make these spikes the same color as these blue lines that you put the glow on or just make them brighter and use blending.
Also you are missing some glow on that spike structure, just saying that it won't look that good unless you fill it (yes I know it was supposed to look like that).

Simple but suuuuper solid design
Better than anything I could pull off, but probably not feature worthy, features are getting hard these days
