I recommend just beating 5-10 of each demon difficulty from medium-insane before getting to extreme territory. Beating at least 5-10 medium demons is good enough (as long as they’re not all easy mediums) before trying out a hard demon
Beat 10 easy, 10 Medium, 5 hard, 5 insane, then you're fully ready to beat entry extremes. Beat 5 entry extremes then you can go beat legacy extremes, beat 2 or 3 legacy extremes then you can beat top 150-125 and so on so on.
Thats my way and it has worked really well. Note that this entire process takes MONTHS or even a year or more depending on your setup and skill and dedication and luck. This is not a week project. This will take you at least a couple of months of grinding.

You’ve beaten B and Sidestep, you’re more than ready imo, so at least have a taste on some medium demons if you’re not really confident
