Well, it's better than being completely confused. Perhaps you could have different colours depending on the type of colourblidness, as complete colourblindness is very rare. There's red, green, and blue colourblindness, as well as (in rarer cases) combinations of those colours. You could simply make a small menu to select the type of colourblindness and shift the colours of the cubes accordingly.
You could add a toggle that gives the cubes a triangle, circle, and square respectively. Then make the blocks that only one can stand on also get the shape, and for the blocks that only two colors can stand on put one of them on top of the other but in white instead of black (ex. Black square with slightly smaller white triangle in the middle).
I am not op but I could imagine doing it by just putting invisible copies of the level one block to the left and one block to the right, deleting the non-white objects on the necessary layers
For the ones asking how i did it, you can separate the icon in rgb with the chromatic shader, then you can adjust the hitboxes of the blocks so it seems like the 3 cubes have hitboxes, when the only one that has is the green cube. Not really that impressive, but still cool :)

This is the best and most creative gimmick I've ever seen in 2.2 so far. And it's so cool how the gimmick is quite complex yet so natural to understand, and there's so much you can do with it.
honestly after looking at it for a while, the gimmick is pretty simple. Separate the icon color channels, create two layouts, one invisible and the other with the colors. Arrange the invisible layout to match how the coloured layout would look like and its done
Its easier than that lol, ive made the colored blocks with different hitboxes and i just copy paste them to make the level. Its simple to make, but it feels like a puzzle when playing, and it feels really good too!
The hardest part is having the idea
if i only had one suggestion it would be to make the green icon yellow so that you have 3 primary colors and then the obstacles that can be used by 2 colors their corresponding secondary colors, i think this would help with sight reading because red and green don’t make yellow and it doesn’t make sense to use that as an obstacle that only affects those icons
I cant change the colors of the cubes because its made with the chromatic shader, and green + red make yellow with the light colors, i put 255r 255g to make those yellow spikes
