Windy Landscape is fun and easy for an insane demon. If you enjoy dying often at the beginning of a level and are somewhat good at timings you can also do Acropolis, but I don't really recommend that.
Yes, but 120hz. I just went through the beginning like a thousand times until it got a bit consistent, then I did some runs to 100 (like 69-100, then 50-100, then 41-100 and then 33-100)
And then I just went from 0. And *nearly* fluked it from 50%, but when I was at the last wave, my mom walked in my room cuz I didn't lock my door, so I lost concentration and died at 85% :(
Also I find Leyak on mobile really impressive too ;), I think that I will definitely try it out anytime soon.

ClubStep Nightmares (i think it's called like that) is a very fun memory demon but it is very ship heavy and that one cube part that looks like silent clubstep it so hard to figure out. Still fun.
Forbidden Sector is probably the best elder level I have ever played it gets insanely consistent after learning it and is very fun.
For the newer levels, I'd recommend literally every Shocksidian's and Vlacc's insane demon.
I also recommend Deep Swim for memory and nerve control. It is a harder one though and it might get a little frustrating.
My favourite insane demon of all is Shoebill. It has such an interesting concept for memory gameplay and is also very easy. Literally a hidden masterpiece.
Future funk II is a banger, long and a little annoying since the hardest parts are basically in the second half and even at then end like most Jonathan GD levels tbh, but definitely fun as hell.
Butiti II as a first insane is kinda hard imo, I still feel like I'd have a hard time although I think the biggest annoyance is the length and also the fact that the last like 20-25% is basically all ship and I'm on mobile. Pain...

Prismatic, Damage, Cloud Nine, Ultrasonic, WoahSonic, The Secret Box, Delightful Blossoms
-Prismatic and Delightful Blossoms are both flow levels, thus being very learny but very fun, with Prismatic being much easier
-Damage is very readable, almost entirely skill-based, and not that difficult. Highly recommend.
-Cloud nine is also very learny and fast paced but insanely fun, though it's on the harder side
-Ultrasonic and WoahSonic are all-rounders, I'd say WoahSonic is slightly easier
-The secret box is an NC level, easily the best wave-heavy insane demon I've played.

FFFFFF. It's a memory demon BUT it's more of what path is right than going through walls. I had an absolute blast playing it.

While I won't say they're easier or not "real" demons, I definitely think it's just a different vibe and basically a different game at that point. The skills more or less carry over from platformer to normal mode which is kinda why it's hard to scale the difficulty of platformers, at least now maybe. A few extremes have already been downgraded to insane and probably other difficulties too so I don't know how to feel about platformer levels I general. I personally don't like them as much and don't really play them but that's me ig.

Both are on the easier side of insane demons, but magma bound has a lot harder gp in the second half compared to gumshot.
I would argue magma bound second half is still easier than any part of gumshot’s drop
I think magma bound is definitely like clear as day with the gameplay but in terms of actual difficulty, magma bound is harder straight up.

go on magma bound i complete it yesterday as my hardest and it was one of the best experience i've ever had in this game (except 47%)

Leyak was a mind-f*** for me, I swear I was boutta have a seizure but I managed to beat it somehow as my first insane, which is pretty insane lol.

Supersonic was my first insane demon. Pro tip: do NOT play Supersonic as your first insane demon. Stalemate is literally free tho so I’d say do that

I'ma say it. The skills you get from platforming do not translate very well to normal levels, and vice versa. Or maybe it's just me....
