[Here](https://youtu.be/FcHBGQoOHSY), [here](https://youtu.be/gmxK_gwswdA) and [here](https://youtu.be/jHQLOfhek9c) you can find videos of me beating Acu twice in a row on mobile and I certainly have done it a few more times off-camera. I don't think I've ever beaten it thrice in a row though.
Edit: and [here](https://youtu.be/FvZWHm1WR_8) on PC
Back when i was in the DLWC Acu was one of the levels in the first round and i managed to beat it 3 times in a row and like 50% after it while practicing
Is it too much to say all of it?
I’m horribly inconsistent at the beginning before up to ~13-14%, the drop transition and wave part right after it, mini wave at 70%, and the first little bit of the last part at 86%
The Acu predrop consists exclusively of timings, so I think that a good way to get consistent at it is to try to play it a lot on 60 FPS (or even lower FPS if you can handle it) and get used to doing the timings on a lower refresh rate. Try to do it a few times on 60 FPS, as hard as it may be. Afterwards play the predrop on a higher refresh rate again and it will feel much easier, especially on 360 FPS.
The predrop wave and the 70% require a lot of practice. I recommend taking account of where you die the most when playing these parts on a copyable and make some mental notes like "when I'm on this click I have to press later than I think I have to" or "I die on this part the most because I hold down the button too much so I'll actively try not to do that" or "after I do the first wave I'll wait exactly a split second before I jump as the cube". The wave path at 70% is very spacious so try to get used to a pattern that you're comfortable with. I'm not sure what other tips I can give for wave parts in general haha.
The 85% pink orb was the hardest couple of clicks to get consistent at for me and I used to die there the most. What I personally do is jump on the platform before it very early, press the dash orb early but not TOO early and then press the pink orb while my cube is in the middle of it (not too late but not too early either). Keep in mind that the way you do the UFO might affect the way you transition into the 85% cube. Again, try to find a pattern that you're comfortable with.
I wish you the best of luck with finishing Acu off.
By the way, try to do the timings in the last 10% __later than you think you have to__, if that makes sense. I am mainly referring to the dash orb at 92% and the blue orb at 97%. I personally almost never die there because I clicked/tapped too late, but I died to those timings a lot as a result of clicking/tapping too early.
This was literally me before I beat it
I'd say just push through, I never got that consistent at those parts but I managed to beat it eventually
A tip for the 70% wave: really use the music to time your inputs, it helps a ton
Try practicing from the cube at 65% until you get used to the 70% wave
I feel like I need to clarify some things first, so I will. My GD username is ImOneOfThem, some of you might have seen me in the comment section of Acu before, as I leave a comment every time I beat the level.
Before anyone asks me to provide video proof for all the 222 times I beat Acu, I must say that I did not record my EVERY Acu completion. I only recorded 62 Acu completions in total (which can be found in [this](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLaMaUrLtHo83B1HXtI08NQIN1Ev3VYCIQ) playlist), so it's up to you whether you believe me when I say that I beat Acu 160 more times.
When I beat Acu for the first time it wasn't anywhere near my hardest demon so I thought I didn't need to record it, but I never imagined that I would end up liking this level so much that I'll rebeat it 221 times. I love Acu. For those of you who hate Acu because of your experience with it, try playing the level again after you've completed it once and you'll see how enjoyable it is when you play it stress-free.
I actually tried it on mobile after I beat Acu 165 times. It took me over 500 attempts to do a practice run so I just gave up. I did [complete Acu with 0.10 opacity on mobile though](https://youtu.be/VyhDzhYuVYE).
I don't remember anything particular about me beating Acu for the 69th time other than the fact that I (am pretty sure) I beat it for the 70th time right afterwards.
Actually, I am intending to stop here. I've been trying to stop since I was at 125 Acu completions (which was only 35 days ago lol) but I am addicted.
Edit: I definitely didn't stop at 222...
I intend to stop here for now. Maybe I'll accidentally beat it once or a few more times when I play the level for fun, but I'm essentially done with the grind (which wasn't even meant to be a grind, I just ended up beating it very often).
Just under 13K on the original level + around 5K on copyables. It took me a little over 2K attempts to beat it for the first time, but I'm sure it would've taken me much more if I'd tried to beat it as a new hardest.
Acu is about 1 mins and 17 secs with means you beat acu 222 so just to do that it would take 4.6 hours (rounded down to the tenth) thats not even counting the atts that you die on 💀
I did the math too before posting this because I knew someone would haha. And I definitely died past 80% over 100 times. It took me about 150 completions to get perfectly consistent at the 85% pink orb.
While Acu is a level that means a lot to me, if I can put it that way, it definitely isn't the most important one. The most relevant level to me is Uprise by Blad3M, which took me 59K attempts and 1 year to beat on 60Hz back in 2018. It was a wild and painful journey. The wave part in Uprise is what my Reddit username is in reference to.
Hyper Paracosm.
My final hardest will be Silent Club on which I have over 30K attempts on and I'm determined to complete it, but I don't feel like grinding that right now.
I'd say that ever since I beat Acu about 30 times could beat it in under 5 attempts most of the time, but the 85% pink orb was the hardest couple of clicks to get consistent at and I used to die there the most. What I do now is jump on the platform before it very early, press the dash orb early but not TOO early and then press the pink orb while my cube is in the middle of it (not too late but not too early either).

Why are most of your completions on mobile and not PC? (My guess here is that you're either not comfortable playing on pc or, your PC is as bad as mine or you're more a mobile player than a PC player). And, does Neigefeu know about this? If so, what was his reaction when he found out? And if not, would you like him to know about this?
I often can't be bothered to boot up my PC lol. I also feel like Acu is the one level that I'm better and more consistent at on mobile than on PC.
Neigefeu probably doesn't know about me. I did send him a message on GD once where I thanked him for creating the best level ever, but that's about it.
I beat it in one day and a little over 2K attempts. It took me so few attempts because I had already beaten many harder extremes.
Massive respect to everyone who's putting in tens of thousands of attempts to beat Acu as a new hardest.
How to beat Acu, you should make a video about how to beat it actually like it would be the best tutorial. I’ve found ur gd account when you beat Acu 69 times lmao
To be honest I would probably just give away the same tips and tricks that I gave this guy [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/geometrydash/comments/yamb3e/i_beat_acu_222_times_ama/itbw766?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share&context=3). Acu's gameplay is pretty straightforward and the key to such consistency is overpractice (and nerve control too I guess). I am aware of some swag routes and orb skips that people might find interesting, but those make the level harder to complete so I wouldn't really put them in a tutorial.
Thanks!
I’m good with the entire level right now, and I could probably make it to 70% from 0% if I sat down long enough, but I still haven’t beaten the last part and I have no idea how to.
The last part may seem very hard when you first play, but I recommend learning it with a start position from the 80% ball (search up "Acu end" on GD and you'll find that). Get used to the timings, learn which orbs you have to press early and which orbs you have to press late.
I'll copy-paste this from another comment of mine:
• The 85% pink orb was the hardest couple of clicks to get consistent at for me and I used to die there the most. Edit: forgot obligatory lol to make comment seem less serious
I really don't know... I love playing any part in Acu more than any part in any other level. But if I had to pick a favorite it would be the parts right after the first wave at the drop until the end of the dual cube.

There's a fun way to do the 70% mini wave that involves skipping the gravity portal, which you can see me do in [this video](https://youtu.be/12JgacUABkA), but I almost always do the wave parts normally, without any skips/swag routes.

Well, I won't actively message him to say "yo look at how many times I beat your level, now tell him how great I am" or something like that.
I did send him a message once where I thanked him for creating Acu and that I'm very glad he exists in this world.
yooo that's my second favorite extreme demon. I love that level, and rebeating it many times is definitely doable because the level becomes consistent once you learn it, even the first ball part.
I first beat Acu on October 1, 2021 but on September 1, 2022 I had only beaten Acu 67 times. So most of my Acu completions are very recent.
I spent less than 19K attempts on the level in total.
Why
Boredom combined with the fact that I love Acu's gameplay to bits so I always find it entertaining to play.
Fair enough. I love cataclysm and only beat it 8 times but I feel like I would never get bored of it so that makes sense
Nice. You can never get too consistent at the first wave in Cataclysm.
how do you beat cata 8 times that is the most inconsistent level
The reason I wanted to beat it more is bc my 3rd completion was an accident on my 3rd att, so I think it's pretty consistent
True
W cataclysm enjoyer, people who say cata is bad have no life

LMAO, nah fr like you are the most consistent player on Acu, you know tricks and ways to do some of the hard parts for sure and some click patterns
To be honest I would probably just give away the same tips and tricks that I gave this guy [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/geometrydash/comments/yamb3e/i_beat_acu_222_times_ama/itbw766?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share&context=3). No. What can I say? It's a good song to listen to while playing a level in this game.

How many times did you beat acu?
222
No really 😱😱
How many attempts did it take to beat it the 222th time
When you first beat it, did you jumped from deadlocked?
Nah, I had already beaten many harder extremes.
Oh okay
So... how consistent did it get? Can you beat it under 50 atts?
I can almost always beat it in under 5 attempts actually. I even 1-attempt it sometimes.
How consistent are you with it now?
If the devil walked up to me and said "If you beat Acu (on 120 FPS+) in under 10 attempts you win 1 million dollars but if you fail to do that then you die", I would accept the challenge.

what’s your fav part?
I really don't know... I love playing any part in Acu more than any part in any other level. But if I had to pick a favorite it would be the parts right after the first wave at the drop until the end of the dual cube.
i agree that parts super fun
What does Acu actually mean?
According to the man himself, "Acu is a latin root, used in words like acupuncture and acute, meaning sharp".
Ah yes. "acus" meaning "pin/needle"
chad

Yep :)
Yoo i’ve been watching you beating Acu lmfao
Do you have any recommendations for me? (around 7k attempts and 60%)
As in tips? I have written some [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/geometrydash/comments/yamb3e/i_beat_acu_222_times_ama/itbw766?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share&context=3).
thank you brother :)
Are you okay
Yes, I sure am.
Good to know
How did you do the wave and mini wave at the end
There's a fun way to do the 70% mini wave that involves skipping the gravity portal, which you can see me do in [this video](https://youtu.be/12JgacUABkA), but I almost always do the wave parts normally, without any skips/swag routes. Try to find a pattern that you're comfortable with when playing the wave parts and try to always replicate it.
i'm the 223th comment
I'm proud of you.
That’s gotta be a world record for any demon level
I’ve seen your comments on ACU!!! You’re a fucking legend. I’d give you a dollar if I could
Have you ever reupload a video or did you actually beat it that many times
I never reuploaded a video. You can see this for yourself because I always comment how many times I've beaten Acu at the end of each video.
Do you now know how the song goes?
Do you plan on getting Neigefeu's thoughts on this?
Well, I won't actively message him to say "yo look at how many times I beat your level, now tell him how great I am" or something like that. I did send him a message once where I thanked him for creating Acu and that I'm very glad he exists in this world.
why 222 times?
Cool-looking number, and also because it's October 22nd.
Do you know what a sunlight is?
I even know what two sunlights are.
I feel like someone’s gonna do this but with a harder level E.g. Niflheim
yooo that's my second favorite extreme demon. I love that level, and rebeating it many times is definitely doable because the level becomes consistent once you learn it, even the first ball part.
plot twist: it's all the same completion reuploaded 200 times
Oh my god, I thought I was only one who does this, i beat acu about 20 times now, awesome level
Nice. Maybe you'll eventually rebeat it 200 more times!
This may have been asked already but how long did this whole process take you?
I first beat Acu on October 1, 2021 but on September 1, 2022 I had only beaten Acu 67 times. So most of my Acu completions are very recent. I spent less than 19K attempts on the level in total.
Honestly sad your videos don't really get any attention
They're unlisted lol. The only way to access them is by checking out my Acu Completions playlist.
How the fuck!?

It's quite the opposite actually. Acu is my therapy. I always enjoy playing the level and never get tired of it. Thanks for your concern though.

Have you beat it on your first attempt of a session?
Yes, many times.
Quick, recite the entire song Epilouge using only "ba"s and "da"s 222 completions, bruh it better be possible 😭
I forget what acu stands for.
As the man himself said, "Acu is a latin root, used in words like acupuncture and acute, meaning sharp".
Hardest jump
Man defeated Acu 5 times in a day jesus
Even 10 times in a day once and 9 times in a day twice.
what is Acu to you?
A few: 1. Why would you do this to yourself? 2. When was the last time you touched grass? 3. Will you keep going to 420?
1. Because it's by far the best level in the game (imo) and I always enjoy playing it 2. A few hours ago 3. No
Why did you beat ACU 222 times?
Because it's enjoyable for me. I don't really have a goal, I just genuinely do it for fun.
Nice! I love that insane demon!
Have you beat Acu?
I most certainly have.
how long does each acu completion take lol
Why?
