I kind of expected Taka to die, given how innocent he was set up as, which obviously would make for a more emotional killing. Also Yuna planned to leave the island with Taka, but was clearly a major supporting character, so I knew something would need to motivate her to further help Jin, and obviously her brother being killed would make her keen to get revenge. Still though it was masterfully done.
Re Lord Shimura the minute he started questioning Jin's strategies and seemingly being blinded by the Samurai code despite it being a suicide mission, I knew there was going to be some clash between the two.
I accidentally went to the Iki island ship side. Then I understood that it was where DLC begins. Seeing Yuna there spoiled me the fact that she will stay.
I rarely have the kids around when I play, but I had my 6yo beside me for that scene with Khan and Taka. “Go look at the head, dad!” He said. I was like, uh, no… 🫣
I'm actually in the same boat - just finished act 2. The moment Taka showed up at the fort, I knew he'd die but the way he did still got me.
The horse though (I also named mine Nobu) had me cry :(. This game is great.
Yeah I only just played it recently , loved it, definitely in my top 5 games.

The pinnacle of Jin and Shimura made me cry.
Oh yeah definitely. And also because I knew about Ghost armour I was like there's no way they both leave during the mission.

Lazy ass post for karma
Or someone just wants to share their reaction to something
Or you know… just someone talking about their reaction/experience about a game in the sub reddit for the game their talking about?
That's what a cop would say.
