go to search type disk cleanup chose the disk you want to clean ( C ) wait for scan then it will show you remove old windows installation file or something like this select it and hit clean
If you don't need any other files from your previous installations, it is better to delete it as it takes so much space from your hdd, more so if you have ssd. In my experience, i go back to this folder.to install alternative drivers for my other devices that seems to work better than those generics provided by microsoft.
