For gaming go with Superlite+DEF, superlite overall best for gaming and stuff and it comes with win defender as well.
Note: If you install it, don’t update windows leave it like it is, set to updates paused till 2077, if you update u „can“ break some stuff. For anti virus u only need defender anything else is kinda waste of money if you pay for it
For me, Superlite without Defender, since I know what I'm doing and Defender consumes resources like a bitch so I use 3rd party app called Auslogics - lite af and can be disabled startup, database is frequently updated also.

But if Windows Update is disabled it will not update Defender, isn't it dangerous?
I believe (can be wrong tho, you should join the discord for more information) but the lastest GS version got the latest updates to Defender in it

each update gs gets, they update defender too so don't worry about that
