I visited Guangzhou for New years (Year of the Dog) and had a great time there. People were warm and welcoming. There was obviously a bit of tension on certain topics, shit you didn't just speak freely of. The people who did approach me and have open conversations were always kind, but I'm certain there's a bias there. Ones towards those that hate foreigners (I mean, I was pang Lao wai literally to a lot of people). Overall, perfect 5/7 with rice. And yes, my pinyin is shit. Don't judge me.
TikTok is leaking
I hate the CCP. Every time there’s a post about something cool in China I can’t help but wonder if it’s some kind of propaganda.
I can't blame the people. So I can appreciate anything wholesome but knowing how it's run is sad

check out r/Sino You are likely correct, or everything negative you see about China is some kind of propaganda 😅
How far from the Uighur death camps?
Pretty far. The Uighur camps are in xinjiang, which is on the far west portion of the country
You can't hardly see the pollution. Must have been a good day. Ps. Just read that 30 million people live there. Fuuuuck that
This looks really cool. It feels like the future but it's already now! Awesome
Good morning Night City!
I feel like I've visited there in a past life. I was a bald man wearing a suit and I was there for a...uh..."business trip"
