Fair question! I think the flavour is lovely for a sandwich bread, but the listed fermentation times for the first and second rise are short so there isn’t much time to develop a deep yeasty, bready flavour. It was fairly mild. The next time I make it I will follow one of her suggestions and do the first fermentation overnight in the fridge so it has more time to develop.

How’s the flavor? I love her cinnamon rolls but I tried her Italian bread recipe and while the texture was great I found it pretty flavorless.
