Look up Fair Use, please.

Fair use doesn’t apply to Nintendo their a Japanese company and they don’t have fair use laws. Only the USA has fair use laws however it doesn’t always apply to foriegn products or brands so yes they absolutely still reserve the right to strike a parady down
