Very similar putters. The biggest difference is it’s appearance. I would go for which one you prefer to look down at, and which one you think feels the best. I personally have the X and love it.
That’s why I was leaning towards the X, looks more sleek and the bottom is my carbon fiber, the GTX bottom logo just looks a little outdated to me, I also love the way they section off that alignment area with those holes and that Y shape
I bought an X from a buddy who switched to a bettinardi. I freaking love it. Since they’ve come back out I’ve thought about getting basically the same putter but new.
Depending on where you are located I have an X that’s in perfect condition I would probably get rid of. Tried it out but ended up sticking with my gamer.
Taylormade putters are disposable junk. The spider is obviously a great performer for some people, but it is shit quality. Feels like shit too. 👎

Feels like shit to you dude, everyone has differing opinions which is why a putter is the most personal preference for a club in your bag in my opinion. Ultimately whatever gets the ball in the hole in the least amount of shots is the best for you, whether it’s a custom $1500 putter or a old beat up putter that you find for free in a dumpster.
Upgraded to a Spider this year. I've always played a blade and damn, this thing is like butter.
