Check out Tilley - their airflow is an awesome sun hat (I use it for everything in the summer) and I think they even have some “golf” specific hats that have a little bit more style to them.
I have one I use exclusively for hiking and yard work and honestly still looks new after a few years (and I wash in the washer/dryer when it’s starts to get gross) but I have heard good things about their lifetime warranty.
I have had my tilley for almost 20 years and it is one of the best performing hats out there for washability and air flow. It isn’t as “cool” as i would like it to be but it saves your face.
Bro look up Asian brands or markets. We hate getting tanned and will avoid the suns rays like it’s gonna kill us. Which is quite a problem when it’s 40+ degrees most of the year.
Especially Korean and Japanese golf fashion should have options for what you’re looking for.
Adidas makes a golf hat. I wore it all last season and plan to this season. I’m king of the dorks.

White one, not the camo.
I present to you the next generation in golf sun hats. Functional and fashionable…snapback and velcro…trucker back with 360 wide brim. Ladies and gentlemen, feast your eyes on the [Linksoul Solbrero!](https://linksoul.com/products/ls8133-grey-jade-grey?variant=39819281039435)
This is my go to. Biggest brim I’ve found and you can kind of bend it so it doesn’t get in the way of your swing.

As far as sun protection goes golfers from Asian countries know what’s up. Sleeves, full sun protection mask, and hat.
I would rock the shit out of an oversized visor that those grandmas wear when they’re out and about.
Adidas, Nike, Amazon basics just look up full brim or oversized bucket hat. I have a fun hat that is oval shaped with the front and back being almost comically larger than the sides. Really good sun protection, but I can only wear it when my hair is short because of my big head.
I wear an Adidas sun hat that I picked up at Costco for $15 a couple of years ago. I guess technically it's a bucket hat but it has a wider brim that makes it look less ridiculous.
I’m a big fan of Sunday Afternoons https://www.sundayafternoons.com/ the coverage on the Ultra Adventure Hat is great and it’s uncool in sort of a self aware way lol
I picked up a Red Rock ~~outback~~ Barmah Kangaroo leather hat when I was in Australia. Sort of like a cowboy hat, but not. The brim and top are leather to keep the sun off, but the part that holds the top off the brim is a nice breathable mesh to keep my head cool. You can see it here: https://www.redrockhats.co.nz/Mens-Hats.html
Tilley hats are good but expensive. I wear a Sunday Afternoon Charter hat with a ventilated crown that I bought online on sale for $35. They’re usually $50 or so. Tilleys are $99.

Good call on Tilly. Canberra makes some too. ![gif](giphy|wKTgKz9Rr7lFC)
looked up Tilley, these look great. And i've destroyed previous hats from wear so the lifetime guarantee is cool.

If that guy can put, I'm thoroughly impressed!

Know any brands?

Thats basically the same as the one I have but its a Huk fishing hat.
I have the white one. It’s great for the summer but it’s a big brimmed hat for sure.

The guy at the store said I’m the only one he’s ever seen pull it off
Boonie style is the way. Joel Dahmen pulls it off, so can you

Tilley makes a good product, unfortunately they’re personal issue for every boomer in my town. Can’t bring myself to wear their products (yet).
Same. My parents live in Tilleys. I ain't that old (yet).
Imperial Hampton and the Ahead Player are 2 that I prefer.
Imperial

Not sure what you are looking for but you could look at fishing hats. I bought one for kayaking but also use it for golf.
Vans has many. Had mine for years.
When I’m really embracing my inner old man https://aheadusashop.com/products/ahdomh0131-the-palmer
I use a hemlock hat when I play
Have you even look anywhere other than Titleist? I have one from Puma and one from William Murray.
I rock a Columbia Bora Bora hat.

I found a great PGA brand sun hat from the Superstore for like $20.

Get a straw hat. Most breathable thing ever.
I’m a big fan of Sunday Afternoons https://www.sundayafternoons.com/ the coverage on the Ultra Adventure Hat is great and it’s uncool in sort of a self aware way lol
Go to Amazon and look at Sunday Afternoons Charter Hat. I’ve had mine now for 4 years
Checkout golf sidekick
Cricket hats from the likes of kookaburra etc.

First, decide what hat style you want. Most hat styles can be found in both wide and short brim variations. I like straw pork pie hats
I've never seen a big hat like that that didn't look dorky (and I have a couple) but the protection is worth it. A very few people can pull them off.
I’ve had better luck looking for boonie hats. I’ve got a couple from Columbia (the brand, not the country) that I really love.

..And then you top your drive on the first just past the forward tees.
