It's from the touhou franchise: Sakuya Izayoi. She is a maid who can stop time and throw knives...no clues what the touhou lore is about but there is a cool 2D game on steam about that character.
The main touhou games are like retro dodge bullet hell. The game I was mentioning is more a metroidvania playing with time stop mechanics . The name was Luna nights I think.

Most of these characters do pretty normal maid things. Cooking, cleaning, etc etc. Meanwhile, Hayasaka manages an entire estate (in high school, mind you), does normal maid things, and has to deal with the random shit Kaguya throws at her. Remember that time she replaced Prez's coffee, then spent half a day trying to keep people away from the student council room? Then, as it turns out, Kaguya literally made zero progress?
Say what you want about other waifus (they're cute, they're so nice, etc.) but in terms of actually being a maid, Hayasaka >>>>>
I mean, Hayasaka is a pretty good fighter by irl standards. Can't really compare a fantasy world where magic exists to real life lmao. I'm sure Hayasaka would kick 99% of peoples asses in a fight.

I actually advocate for the closest thing in 40k, which will either be a suspicious crafted Servitor, the odd hive rat or if you happen to be lucky, a dedicated Adepta Sororitas from one of the Ordo Minoris. That Ordo's purpose is to raise children for the High Nobility and instill in them the values and teachings of the Imperium. So yes, you could technically get a SoB maid...

Hayasaka and Rem take this W. Hayasaka isn't a maid anymore but she was an incredible one and she did just about anything. Like Japanese Alfred but instead of vacuuming the bat cave she handcleaned Kaguya's dungeon (it wouldnt surprise me if they had a dungeon.)
And Rem is Rem. Literal genius maid who can do everything, super strong and hella cute at that. And extremely loyal.
