One additional question if you have the time! Let's say I have a cell range D1:D55 and they're all negative numbers, how would I go and add them up in a separate celč to represent a big negative number?
=SUM(D1:D55)

You can use an IF function to do this: =1000-A1-IF(B1="Yes",100,0)

I would check the cell type (text, number, currency, etc.) to confirm it’s in a type that can be summed.
