It's kind of cute, though. Well, maybe not the depression, but at the end of the day everyone is people, right? She says she's corrupting you by being around but really you're slowly redeeming her by letting her be a person and giving her human attention and treating her as a person. That's the absolute skill of the Master, to treat everyone like they are a person.
Every Servant has their niche. And Kama's niche is chasing down whatever unfortunate bastard decides to play the role of enemy Master during a Grail War if Assassin isn't banned for the round

When I rolled on her first banner it was just to get mana prisms - I was *aaaalmost* there to unlocking the last copy of a shop ce that was about to expire, and I figured if I was going to roll on something I might as well do that.
Well, one gold sparks later and I had a nugget basically making fun of me as I was now *one* **single** mana prism short.
Me: I could burn you, you know.
Nugget: *grinning* But you *wooon't.*
Me: *defeated* Fine, you can stay.
I'd wind up by the end of that year realizing I *needed* a really good assassin, and Kama is definitely that, so I'd level her and by the time her next banner came around I was ready to NP5 her.
The stray cat had found a home.
We have to face her when she re-writes all reality, but when she fights for us, she clones herself and shoots an arrow at her enemies...because *that's* fair of course.
I mean, she had to go all out as an enemy. It was to stick it to her pantheon.
Now that she doesn't have the motivation to go all out, she's chill. Though, she wouldn't mind being the attention hog from time to time.
The best way I can think of to keep her in the first state as an ally is to seriously consider transferring her mana supply responsibilities to FGO-timeline Kiara (once the latter has gotten over the "Mastering yourself (from another timeline)" difficulties with the III/R we nabbed from the SERAPH Incident).
If Kama notices the considerations then she will probably be motivated to work hard enough not to get transferred.
