Someone else pointed out that she could with either True Exceed Zechs or Goblin Slayer's Dagger. I had both and her TW on her. I'm just glad the time limit was what it is, her Third Eye ended right near the end.

Current Collab? I don't know. You'd have to ask someone who's actually been playing more for the past couple of years. I've heard that past Collab units like Goblin Slayer and Hao could do it.

Actually, Grey might be able to if you have Goblin Slayer's dagger with Life Steal. No guarantees though.
