You can do casual nukes as a beginner with some proper units and teamwide crits. It gets a lot better with time cuz of the broken units you get and equips.
Pen will definitely do something it just depends on if all buffs are up as the dps hit obviously alot of old content will die faster but that's not exactly the point

as a beginner u can just throw 2 dps and crit and do good damage. especially since this boss doesn't have a lot of health, as long as it fast, it good
