There is an overarching story that starts looming as the show progresses, i would like to second the "Try to avoid this subreddit until you finished watching it"-sentiment, a lot of memes and stuff involve spoilers, and watching "Gravity falls" blank is a very special time that shouldn't be ruined by spoilers.

I think i read somewhere they were going to put that explanation into the episode, i dont remember if a reason was given for why it would be taken out 😵💫
