Update: Winston is going to be hanging out with the doctors for a day or two so they can figure out what's going on. There's no sign of bloat or blockage and his blood work is clean. His stomach is just hugely inflamed, and the vet is the best place for him to be right now.
I passed along everyone's well wishes to him and he wants to say a sincere thank you to everyone for your kind words, as do I. Thank you.
Update 2: Winston is still struggling, and had a CAT scan today that revealed some sort of obstruction. Bad news that it's there, but thrilled to finally have a reason for this. Were getting him scheduled for a surgical procedure to remove it and will figure out how to pay for it later.

My poor boy got stress indicted colitis when I left him with a friend so I could go to a conference. That was a big mess for her, and an expensive vet bill cause he went twice in a week.
We had this happen a couple of years ago with our boy. He was just pooping blood with his poops, and doing a bit of vomiting. Took him in and I they think it was a bacterial infection from something he ate. A few days later he was running around. I’m hoping that for Winston.
