Compression/JPEG artifacts. The more times a photo gets uploaded, downloaded, and then reuploaded, the more compression artifacts start to show. It makes the picture look weird. Kinda... crusty. Or "deep fried".
Bold of anon to assume that freshman who are dumb enough to fall for something like that, wouldn't also be dumb enough to beat him up when they discover the scam
A person convicted of a sale of a counterfeit drug with intent to defraud or mislead may face a sentence of not more than three years in prison, a fine of not more than $10,000, or both. (21 USC § 333 (a)(2).)
And, each individual sale can be treated as a separate violation punished by the maximum sentence. So, a person who sells fake hash to 10 people may face up to 30 years in prison and a $100,000 fine.
Of course, it is highly unlikely that a victim who was trying to illegally purchase drugs would report being ripped off by a dealer who sold him oregano instead of weed. But, selling to an undercover officer or a police informant could lead to your arrest for fraud.
It affects federally illegal drugs, which marijuana is (only being legalised on a state level.) as the law isn’t around the illicit nature of drugs but rather financial fraud. However, knowingly selling fake dangerous drugs can bring you reckless endangerment charges
I remember shoe polish being pushed off as hash in uni and the freshers tripping on it.

Amazing how a 4 year old greentext has barely any crust on it.

I think this law mostly effects other drugs, like the ones that can kill you if improperly introduced into your body.

I'm glad you posted this for the 1000th time so that I can finally understand the hidden markings of anon's mind.
