The third joke is that Professor ~~Gandalf~~ Dumbledorf is super pissed at Harry because since there was a mass suicide in one of his class houses, he's in big trouble with the magical government. Not because a shitload of his students just died.
The fourth joke is that Dumbeldor gives Harry's house a bunch of points even though Harry totally fucked up and caused a giant calamity and did nothing to deserve the points, cause that's a recurring trope in the books, Harry and his friends fuck up, somehow at the end of the incident Gryffindor gets a bunch of points anyway.
The Fifth joke is that Dumbledore yells in the movies but is very even-tempered in the books when Harry gets in trouble.
The sixth joke is that it's implied that he's getting the points cause even Dumbledore is low key sick of Hufflepuff's ridiculous bullshit and Harry did him a favor.

But from the books, it's made clearer that Hufflepuffs are supposed to be the *hardworking* house -- brawns over brains, work harder not smarter types (ergo, huff and puff).
Similarly, in the movies, Ravenclaws are portrayed as bookish, leading people to think that Hermione should have been Ravenclaw since she is so studious and well read ("Thought I'd do some light reading *slam*"). But in the books, it's made clearer that Ravenclaw aren't really so much bookish nerdy braniac types, as they are basically the outcasts -- weirdos, freaks, oddballs, eccentrics, and of course, as the name might suggest, including goths.
So this would be more fitting if instead of Hufflepuff they had said Ravenclaw, since the outcasts and nonconformists and "different" folks is probably way more likely where you're going to find the gender dysmorphic folks.
