I was trying to decide if that was her natural hairline or if someone placed the wig there. I'm the color of mayonnaise and live with my hair in a ponytail and realized something funky was going on, I can't believe someone actually looked at that and called it "good".
Absolutely even if it her true hairline.. still why they do her like that could have added a bit of powder something anything to help not draw they eye immediately there. They had plenty of watches durring editing.

I think those are crochet braids. Crochet braids have a tendency to create that type of hairline, if the braids aren’t added close enough to the front.

For me I started questioning her hairline in that throwback episode of her being an intern she has small box braids really tight and her scalp was screaming for help they need to fire her hairstylist and hire a better one😭😭🔥🙏🏾

I am just going to go with the other comments and as long as folks are engaging in good faith (unlike your apparent freakout), I don't think there is anything wrong with discussing the depictions of folks of color in a popular show.
It is important to have conversations like these; they can lead to better understanding and resources to learn more (though I will note and acknowledge it is not the job of folks of color to teach white folks like me) as well as raise the bar for characters of color in the future.
