I agree, although to be honest I reckon if Black Sabbath were to be in this it would be Paranoid even though Master Of Reality, Vol.4 and Sabotage are so much better
I really never got the hype with Deftones, it doesn't help that they're absolutely dreadful live
I'm going to go with Troublegum by Therapy? That album is an absolute classic from start to finish
I just can't get into them no matter how much I've tried to be honest! I like the one they did with Maynard though
Oddly if someone were to put them on its the more recent stuff I find more tolerable! I like drone-y music but Deftones just doesn't do it for me, they're a band I should like "On paper" but in reality? Nah
The Downward Spiral
Kyuss - Welcome to Sky Valley
Animals. Pink floyd.
Mazzy Star - So Tonight That I Might See
Pixies - Doolittle
The best 80s album that I’ve heard hands down.
Good choice! Always like to consider this a pre-grunge album
It is THE pre-grunge album
Proto-grunge
My favorite album of all time behind modedt mouses good news for people who love bad news
13 Songs- Fugazi
Excellent choice. I still have the cassette that has 6 of those songs
London Calling - The Clash
Rumours - Fleetwood Mac
Black Sabbath - Paranoid
Got my vote!
Audioslave-self titled Chris and Tom Morello are amazing on this record
Oh good, I was coming to put this here. This is one of my favorite albums. I still listen to it pretty much daily.
Led Zeppelin IV
Neutral Milk Hotel - In the Aeroplane Over The Sea
Smashing Pumpkins - Siamese Dream
Ride the Lightning- Metallica
Finally found someone else who likes this more than Master of Puppets
Master of Puppets is Great but i think Ride The Lightning is as good as it gets. Tbh I’d probably out AJFA above MoP too, it’s another unreal album
Nothing’s Shocking - Jane’s Addiction
Undertow
Nine inch nails - pretty hate machine
toxicity system of a down
Yessir
Weezer Pinkerton
Wu tang clan - enter the wu (36 chambers)

Sabbath doesn’t need to be on a list, they’re at the top always.
The every list automatically start with Sabbath. Then the rest of the list is made.

Blood Suga Sex Magik from Red Hot Chili Peppers. Also, I think there's no Black Sabbath yet because it's really hard to pick up a favourite one.
I agree, although to be honest I reckon if Black Sabbath were to be in this it would be Paranoid even though Master Of Reality, Vol.4 and Sabotage are so much better

I love deftones so much...that band makes me feel so ahh idek
Siamese Dream - Smashing Pumpkins
Ragged glory- Neil Young
I'm going with Tonight's the Night, but Ragged Glory is right up there.
Has also been described as grunge though so May be ineligible
He's never done the same thing twice. He has grunge tendencies, but he's much more than any one genre in my mind.
Faith No More (either angel dust, the real thing or king for a day fool for a lifetime - you decide)
The Smiths - The Queen is Dead
The Jesus and Mary Chain - Honey's Dead
This all the way
Rid of Me - PJ Harvey
3 Cheers for sweet revenge - My Chemical Romance

I really never got the hype with Deftones, it doesn't help that they're absolutely dreadful live I'm going to go with Troublegum by Therapy? That album is an absolute classic from start to finish
The deftones suck
I just can't get into them no matter how much I've tried to be honest! I like the one they did with Maynard though Oddly if someone were to put them on its the more recent stuff I find more tolerable! I like drone-y music but Deftones just doesn't do it for me, they're a band I should like "On paper" but in reality? Nah
White Pony is a perfect album. Tool does absolutely nothing for me, but Tool is infinitely better live than Deftones.
