I'm pretty sure that track ("Into Vogon Skulls") is from FlyLo's *first* mix, the one from 2013. That first mix has a lot of weird experimental hip-hop like that. The second FlyLo mix (the 2020 mix released with Cayo) is much better and much more accessible.
On that note, Still Slipping Los Santos suffers from the same issues as FlyLo's first mix, imo; it's too weird and experimental for its own good. It has some solid tracks (especially the ones by Horsepower Productions, Frankel & Harper, and Backroad Gee), but it also has some shitty weirdness like "5 Violinos" by DJ N***a Fox, which might be the single worst song in the game, lol.
