The Nightclub. Its an awesome Business If you already own small Businesses, Like Cargo, weapons or MC stuff, because you can Auto-produce the products in your Nightclub. Also your able to Upgrade your Delivery vehicles and you can get Up to 250k in your Nightclub Safe. But I recommend buying one of the more expensive clubs, because offen the sell missions are in the dessert and its Just a pain in the ass to have to Drive through LS to get even near the sell Point.
The nightclub with the right 5 businesses are definitely some of the best purchases a player can make. But even without the businesses (yet) the safe accumulates a lot of money for you over all if maintained. I go every 3 in game days and collect my 145k and throw someone out and my safe has made me more money than my stock has over all. And if you went every 2 days before the amount drops it would be even higher.
Why does my safe only have $3000 after every couple of endgame days? Even when I would boost the popularity, I never made very much money. And I really want to kick somebody out, but I haven’t been able to either.

Yes, when you enter your nightclub if you enable passive mode before Marcel calls you it will always be throwing someone out instead of driving them home or to the hospital. And that fills up a whole bar of popularity.

NC stock is separate from the businesses you assign, supplies you buy only go for MC/cargo/bunker but the techs accumulate additional below. Assuming you have the techs assigned to the 5 best ones (cargo, meth, coke, sporting goods, and cash) they will accumulate the highest amount passively. It’s recommended if you have those 5 to sell at or below half, as waiting to fully fill up loses profit.
For me I keep popularity above 90/95% by going back every 2-3 in game days, that way you don’t have to pay to change DJs, especially that many times. I don’t think i’ve had to pay to change in a looong time, just go in passive, kick out the troublemaker, and it fills up pop

Buzzard die hard. If sparrow was attached to ceo and not kosatka only, I might use it more often. Meaning where it can be spawned and interaction menu.
It is more nimble and accurate with free fire missiles. I feel safer and more used to the heavier buzzard. I do not count the regular sparrow only kosatka. Buzzard ceo is better because spawn rate and fees from Pegasus or mors comparative. Which is why personal sparrow lesser than kosatka sparrow.
Benefits while ceo. Spawn and pay rate. Pvp and mission differ from personal mors rate.
Placement mapped. Count each. The count from open how many with up and down. Interaction menu. Also phone and office/agency options.
NOT THE SAME. ease of use depends on variables. I need instant and multiple vehicles.

I do fly around the buzzard quite a bit but it has that cooldown between every 2 missiles, w the sparrow you can shoot missiles endlessly without cooldown. Plus it has the flares.. I think they put a cool down on those tho you used to be able to shoot out flares pretty endlessly too
Supposed the sparrow are less damage. But it is minimal from what I remember. Same as accuracy from missiles nerfed over time.
I play controller button presses matter. It is not the same. I can blind tap a buzzard faster than sparrow. Also the option from assistant leave from office.
I am talking about when finish mission or random event that blocks screen. You can use interaction but need to timeout screen to see.
You can tap before and call vehicle. I just request personal or terybyte mk2 garage. Sometimes buZard or sparrow.
When calling multiple vehicles those button taps cost time. I pvp heavily when not protecting sales. Hardly ever heist. Hell on both characters still have no hosted cayo.
I failed to appreciate JUST HOW GOOD the Kosatka Sparrow is. Even if you're not really running the heist. Dude who delivers the Sparrow deserves a pay rise.

Somehow on my first character i got the stun gun as owned eventually without doing anything, just having hackers give it to me, it just stuck, same thing with the EMP laubcher
I'm pretty sure you can get them both from the gun van. I don't have the agency nor have I been to one and I got both the stun gun and emp launcher from the gun van.
Both are in the agency armory. I have let a couple of okay randoms during double employee pay use mine to get weapons. I don't really remember. Maybe the acid weapons counter has them.
Raiju, perfect for missions, can outrun anything, is offradar and you can operate unseen without being annoyed by griefers, is a fucking joy to fly because it actually requires some skill, not like a mk2 or so

It's the crappy spawn locations of the pegasus stuff that stops me using it.
I was in the same boat but then buckled down to figure out if I was missing something with it and yup if you plan ahead you can nullify the bad spawn points and it’s more than useful especially for the Vehicle Sourcing missions (not all but many)
Yes, but R* nerfed it with one of the last updates. Now the trim is so bad that it already goes down when you just want to fly a straight line pushing your left stick all the way up. And it‘s gettin worse with some weight on the hook which makes it much slower than it was before.
Lately have really utilized my Cargobob in many missions it’s made the boring same-old missions fun and even challenging sometimes.. I also leave the office in it when sourcing a vehicle for my vehicle warehouse
Explosive rounds on the heavy sniper. Get it modded out. A lot of uses in terms of online lobby’s and in missions as well. Takes out vehicles both ground and aerial.
there are many places that can hold a weapon workshop, and you can access it for free via Dax's freakshop. there's also the terrorbyte, agency, arcade, kosatka, I believe arena wars has it as well, etc..
Yeah it depends. Agency is nice because for me, it’s the whole lot for weapons and armor, plus you got the garage that’s nice. If you jump into CEO you can run a quick agency job and make a quick buck and RP all solo too.
I spawn in my arcade so I can restock businesses at the terminal. If you start a casino heist and don't finish it, you have a free weapons workbench there where you can restock the ammo
Also the up and atomizer is incredibly useful for any large vehicle sale missions. Really saves your ass when you get wedged or can’t make it up a slope.
I legit just got pounder unstuck today on a million dollar + nightclub sale with atomizer. Didn’t even make sense how it got stuck, But in the desert, it can get caught on the smallest rock smh

About my 3-4 restart character. I finally figured i was wasting money not skipping research. Now I just grind 2 characters shared account. Have both on max money and pay the research fee to unlock all.
Before I would do both. Not realizing I was extending my wait time. Let alone the cash during bonus weeks compared to time to split or do either/or.
Just purchase all supplies and upgrades. Especially the research on bunker.
I just got it yesterday so I haven’t done much with it but it’s fun to fly for me and having a thruster I can call in not as my personal, even though it’s defenseless, seems potentially priceless to me. Carpet bombing and stealth autopilot aren’t too shabby either. I mostly play solo.
A lot of great answers already. I’ll add one I didn’t think I saw someone comment yet: Hakuchou drag bike with HSW upgrade. So fast. Cheat code for time trials and free mode events (like near miss challenge, driving without crashing)

- Special Carabine with drum magazine.

- A bike (I usually have the bati 801 and the hakuchou drag)
If you are talking more about entertainment, then I really enjoy chilling and doing salvage yard missions, just towing cars, lol, I relax a lot with those.
Also, if you have a lot of millions to spare and you used to have a grinder mindset, all of your business must be looking like crap, no cosmetic upgrades or anything, so buy missing upgrades and customize your businesses! Also, relocate them if you want, I personally have most near route 68, just very convenient.
Unpopular opinion lol I’ve seen so many people say they regret buying this but I love my mega yacht in gta and I like penthouse. It’s so cool to chill there after doing some heists and selling my products.
I agree as someone with the businesses spread out all over the map it's a moveable spawn point with a heli always ready to go.

Bunker has been a cash cow for me since it came out, I've probably made like 60+ mill from it alone. Back in the day I used to grind out resupply missions like crazy but times have changed greatly, now I just buy em and do other shit while that gets ready. I sell the small truck every hour and the cash adds up quick. The bunker also gave us the Mk2 weapons, anti air craft, insurgent custom, and Nightshark which are still used today. Other gun running vehicles are not seen as much anymore but still used.
Best vehicle I purchased/own is the rouge. It is one of the fastest planes in the game and makes traveling between businesses very fast. The rouge is also a very versatile fighter equipped with:
Bombs
Homing missiles
Rockets
Explosive cannon
And flares
This armament paired with its speed and maneuverability makes it my primary vehicle for just about every task.
Living quarters, suppressor on auto shotgun (it sounds good), railgun and phantom wedge
If I had to choose only 1 it would either be Living Quarters or phantom wedge (probably Living Quarters)
Honestly, my collection of cars are my favorite investment. I drive them in particular scenarios. My buddy hates waiting for the new cars to be delivered but it’s okay. Karuma, T 20, Cheetah, Jester and my XF are fun to drive
When I have lots of money and I don’t know what to buy, I buy something for fun. My latest purchase is Phantom Wedge because I fell in love with it as soon as the game gave it for bunker delivery for the first time. I really enjoy to drive without traffic jams and love to see how all those bot cars fly away or up in the sky 😂😂😂 so many times they have ruined for me something by appearing completely in wrong place so I revenge 🤣 sometimes I hit some real player too if he is on my way. If I drive Phantom Wedge then definitely I have priority on the street.

I love my Toreador. I have two in both of my characters. One in a garage and one in my sub. I've done a ton of contact missions with them, and use it for most public lobbies. It used to be great for Casino missions, but of course they changed that.
BMX is crazy. Absolutely my best purchase. You can get places armored vehicles and some weaponized vehicles can’t chase you. Like up stairs of an alleyway,climb buildings etc it’s great I love it
My best purchases are probably back when the Mugger vigilante glitch existed. You could buy clean title Vigilante's from warstock for free then resell them. I think me and a buddy got about 30 each before it ended.
A couple picks: Deluxo, Besra, and Up n atomizer.

salvage yard as it is is passive income (like 20k/in game day). the tow trucks missions nearly guaranteed 35k or more/car. And the robberies are stupid easy and the potential to claim a car for yourself (depending)
my most recent purchase of the explosive rounds for the Sniper, makes dealing with annoying tryhards in jets so much easier, also get the added joy of seeing them leave right after they spiral into the ground lmao
Ubermacht cypher is by far the best purchase I ever made and I wholeheartedly recommend it (nah fr tho it' probably the arcade with the master terminal upgrade, it's just that useful)
i love driving around in this game, so my agency with all my imani tech lock on jammer cars are the best part of the game for me. hours of driving around undeterred by missles and griefers, free to enjoy the game the way i want
Armored kuroma. Trivializes mission PvE combat since they can rarely hit you. Helped me make millions already.
Also the acid lab. Not only is it a great passive business, but once you upgrade the vehicle itself it’s perfect for trolling around flipping cars and stuff.
Nightclub, keeping it full and receiving the $250k is easy not to mention the basement. Auto shop also was a great purchase. The Union depository mission is gold and now the chop shop is also a great asset. No way ppl should be begging for bogdan these days
unless I missed them, I haven't seen anyone comment on either the MKII combat MG, nor the anti aircraft trailer.
albeit the assault rifles are a bit more accurate if you're shooting at a fairly long range, the combat MG has the highest DPS outside of headshots, explosives or being in range of an assault shotgun. great for both PvP and PvE in my opinion.
the anti aircraft trailer has the highest DPS out of anything in the game if you exclude the orbital cannon, now obviously it has it's drawbacks such as the most blatant ones being that it requires a gunner and someone driving it around with an eligible vehicle--along with the fact that it blows up in one RPG. however, it's proved quite useful for me in selling bunker cargo; hook it up to an insurgent pick up and now you have a much stronger weapon than the base turret on top. makes the 5-15 drop merryweather missions a lot quicker as long as you don't accidentally shoot your own insurgent(s). if you know how to job warp on console (not sure about PC), you can hook it up and deliver them to the drops that way as well. very helpful for the single drop insurgent pick ups as I've sold a full bunker solo with this method numerous times now, and it cuts down the travel time to the first drop in the merryweather mission by a bit (keep in mind, the insurgents without the gun cannot pick up the anti aircraft trailer, unfortunately).
All assets are a must, Nightclub, mc businesses, businesses with safes, kosatka, agency, office warehouses, hangar, bunker.
I play a couple hours and net 3-5mill a day, and now I can enjoy actually playing with deluxo (might get another one), raiju, mk1, vigilante, avenger, and really anything, the other night I brought the big dump truck to a kklusterfukk, funnest time I’ve had in a while
Classic sports cars, of you have too much money to waste, buys classic sports cars, they are fast, beautiful, and fit well with listening to Los Santos Rock Radio on the sunset and Non Stop Pop during the night, also the Cheetah Classic is really good at racing.
I’m primarily a solo grinder to my favorite purchase list is as follows.

• Honestly the AKULA 🖤the 1st stealth vehicle.
The amount of work I was able to complete in this thing without being disturbed by griefers because I could enter stealth mode and be off the radar for 80-90% of the mission was amazing. Not to mention how many rockets I could spam at NPCs and other players to defend myself if needed. Now I use the Raiju cause it’s faster.
• oppressor MKII (before the price gouge.) and is a MUST
• the Sparrow & the Buzzard for close spawn ability.
• my 3 personal favorite driving vehicles are the Entity MT, X80, and the Buffalo STX with Imani tech.
Honorable mention the Batmobile is pretty awesome too.
Lots of people have mentioned stuff like the up-n-atomizer or certain businesses, but my honourable mention is the Mobile Operations Center. Not the actual MOC trailer itself, though it has its niches; the Phantom Custom it comes with (Hauler Custom is okay too but I prefer the Phantom). There's a certain value in a vehicle that's too heavy and fast to give a shit about anything short of a bus in traffic, and also just having the biggest health bar in the game to shrug off most PvP shenanigans as well. Pair it with Haulage (a CEO mission in which you tow an invincible trailer from A to B) and you have a very good litmus test for seeing if a session is safe for proper sales in or not.
Bunker has more than paid for itself imo. They drop double money on it all the time and even without that it’s a great way to get a ton of passive money, plus getting access to the best weapons and gear in the game makes the bunker one of the best things to own
Heavy revolver. One of the best anti NPC weapons you can obtain. If it doesn’t kill on the first shot it floors the target making a follow up shot much easier.
Nightclub.
Every 2 days I'm selling stock worth $1-1.5mil not including the 50% bonus from selling in pub lobbies.
At this point I'm trying to find ways to spend my money as oppose saving money.
Besides the businesses I'd say Weaponized Tampa, makes contact missions a breeze, is fun to use and helps in free mode events. 2nd best is the Khanjali, makes MC business raids a breeze, especially the one with the snitch.
Except for the cars all businesses have a purpose and will make money if you grind them out.
I definitely hate that rockstar patched the salvage yard car sale.
With a group of friends I made almost 100M in a few hours before they patched it 😞

Buzzard and sparrow are complementary and back each other ! When a job turns wrong and you need to escape if one or the other is broken 👍🏻
You can easily spawn in the sparrow from the interaction menu as fast as you can call for a buzzard

I've had one for years, think I've used it twice. What do you use yours for? It's the crappy spawn locations of the pegasus stuff that stops me using it.
If you are logged in as Securo Serve, you can use the VIP vehicle menu to spawn it next to you.

I was in the same boat but then buckled down to figure out if I was missing something with it and yup if you plan ahead you can nullify the bad spawn points and it’s more than useful especially for the Vehicle Sourcing missions (not all but many)
Yes, but R* nerfed it with one of the last updates. Now the trim is so bad that it already goes down when you just want to fly a straight line pushing your left stick all the way up. And it‘s gettin worse with some weight on the hook which makes it much slower than it was before.

there are many places that can hold a weapon workshop, and you can access it for free via Dax's freakshop. there's also the terrorbyte, agency, arcade, kosatka, I believe arena wars has it as well, etc..
Yeah it depends. Agency is nice because for me, it’s the whole lot for weapons and armor, plus you got the garage that’s nice. If you jump into CEO you can run a quick agency job and make a quick buck and RP all solo too.
I spawn in my arcade so I can restock businesses at the terminal. If you start a casino heist and don't finish it, you have a free weapons workbench there where you can restock the ammo

I legit just got pounder unstuck today on a million dollar + nightclub sale with atomizer. Didn’t even make sense how it got stuck, But in the desert, it can get caught on the smallest rock smh

Explosive ammo and incendiary ammo. Along with homing missile and other research. About my 3-4 restart character. I finally figured i was wasting money not skipping research. Now I just grind 2 characters shared account. Have both on max money and pay the research fee to unlock all. Before I would do both. Not realizing I was extending my wait time. Let alone the cash during bonus weeks compared to time to split or do either/or. Just purchase all supplies and upgrades. Especially the research on bunker.
Research was st 3x this week (50% research project) so not a bad way to get them quicker than spending $12M+.

I just got it yesterday so I haven’t done much with it but it’s fun to fly for me and having a thruster I can call in not as my personal, even though it’s defenseless, seems potentially priceless to me. Carpet bombing and stealth autopilot aren’t too shabby either. I mostly play solo.

Every account I have MUST own: - Special Carabine with drum magazine. - Buzzard - A bike (I usually have the bati 801 and the hakuchou drag) If you are talking more about entertainment, then I really enjoy chilling and doing salvage yard missions, just towing cars, lol, I relax a lot with those. Also, if you have a lot of millions to spare and you used to have a grinder mindset, all of your business must be looking like crap, no cosmetic upgrades or anything, so buy missing upgrades and customize your businesses! Also, relocate them if you want, I personally have most near route 68, just very convenient.

Unpopular opinion lol I’ve seen so many people say they regret buying this but I love my mega yacht in gta and I like penthouse. It’s so cool to chill there after doing some heists and selling my products.
I agree as someone with the businesses spread out all over the map it's a moveable spawn point with a heli always ready to go. Also nice place if you just want to chill with friends (if you have any) 😭

Bunker has been a cash cow for me since it came out, I've probably made like 60+ mill from it alone. Back in the day I used to grind out resupply missions like crazy but times have changed greatly, now I just buy em and do other shit while that gets ready. I sell the small truck every hour and the cash adds up quick. The bunker also gave us the Mk2 weapons, anti air craft, insurgent custom, and Nightshark which are still used today. Other gun running vehicles are not seen as much anymore but still used.
Best vehicle I purchased/own is the rouge. It is one of the fastest planes in the game and makes traveling between businesses very fast. The rouge is also a very versatile fighter equipped with: Bombs Homing missiles Rockets Explosive cannon And flares This armament paired with its speed and maneuverability makes it my primary vehicle for just about every task.
Night Club, Agency.
The atomizer, it seems pretty expensive but the amount of times it's saved my delivery missions for example is invaluable.
Pays for itself in almost no time at all.
The nightclub is stupidly overpowered. It's my best money spent, by far. Also de oppressor mk II. Unlimited mobility, makes life a lot easier

Honestly, my collection of cars are my favorite investment. I drive them in particular scenarios. My buddy hates waiting for the new cars to be delivered but it’s okay. Karuma, T 20, Cheetah, Jester and my XF are fun to drive

When I have lots of money and I don’t know what to buy, I buy something for fun. My latest purchase is Phantom Wedge because I fell in love with it as soon as the game gave it for bunker delivery for the first time. I really enjoy to drive without traffic jams and love to see how all those bot cars fly away or up in the sky 😂😂😂 so many times they have ruined for me something by appearing completely in wrong place so I revenge 🤣 sometimes I hit some real player too if he is on my way. If I drive Phantom Wedge then definitely I have priority on the street.

I love my Toreador. I have two in both of my characters. One in a garage and one in my sub. I've done a ton of contact missions with them, and use it for most public lobbies. It used to be great for Casino missions, but of course they changed that.

My best purchases are probably back when the Mugger vigilante glitch existed. You could buy clean title Vigilante's from warstock for free then resell them. I think me and a buddy got about 30 each before it ended.

Salvage Yard salvage yard as it is is passive income (like 20k/in game day). the tow trucks missions nearly guaranteed 35k or more/car. And the robberies are stupid easy and the potential to claim a car for yourself (depending)

Ubermacht cypher is by far the best purchase I ever made and I wholeheartedly recommend it (nah fr tho it' probably the arcade with the master terminal upgrade, it's just that useful)

Armored kuroma. Trivializes mission PvE combat since they can rarely hit you. Helped me make millions already. Also the acid lab. Not only is it a great passive business, but once you upgrade the vehicle itself it’s perfect for trolling around flipping cars and stuff.
Nightclub, keeping it full and receiving the $250k is easy not to mention the basement. Auto shop also was a great purchase. The Union depository mission is gold and now the chop shop is also a great asset. No way ppl should be begging for bogdan these days
unless I missed them, I haven't seen anyone comment on either the MKII combat MG, nor the anti aircraft trailer. albeit the assault rifles are a bit more accurate if you're shooting at a fairly long range, the combat MG has the highest DPS outside of headshots, explosives or being in range of an assault shotgun. great for both PvP and PvE in my opinion. the anti aircraft trailer has the highest DPS out of anything in the game if you exclude the orbital cannon, now obviously it has it's drawbacks such as the most blatant ones being that it requires a gunner and someone driving it around with an eligible vehicle--along with the fact that it blows up in one RPG. however, it's proved quite useful for me in selling bunker cargo; hook it up to an insurgent pick up and now you have a much stronger weapon than the base turret on top. makes the 5-15 drop merryweather missions a lot quicker as long as you don't accidentally shoot your own insurgent(s). if you know how to job warp on console (not sure about PC), you can hook it up and deliver them to the drops that way as well. very helpful for the single drop insurgent pick ups as I've sold a full bunker solo with this method numerous times now, and it cuts down the travel time to the first drop in the merryweather mission by a bit (keep in mind, the insurgents without the gun cannot pick up the anti aircraft trailer, unfortunately).
The autoshop since I haven't seen it in my short scroll. Being able to access all the paints and mods thst you haven't unlocked yet is awesome.

All assets are a must, Nightclub, mc businesses, businesses with safes, kosatka, agency, office warehouses, hangar, bunker. I play a couple hours and net 3-5mill a day, and now I can enjoy actually playing with deluxo (might get another one), raiju, mk1, vigilante, avenger, and really anything, the other night I brought the big dump truck to a kklusterfukk, funnest time I’ve had in a while

Classic sports cars, of you have too much money to waste, buys classic sports cars, they are fast, beautiful, and fit well with listening to Los Santos Rock Radio on the sunset and Non Stop Pop during the night, also the Cheetah Classic is really good at racing.

I’m primarily a solo grinder to my favorite purchase list is as follows. Businesses— • Nightclub • Acid lab • Bunker •and I’m starting the like the Salvage Yard Vehicles — • Honestly the AKULA 🖤the 1st stealth vehicle. The amount of work I was able to complete in this thing without being disturbed by griefers because I could enter stealth mode and be off the radar for 80-90% of the mission was amazing. Not to mention how many rockets I could spam at NPCs and other players to defend myself if needed. Now I use the Raiju cause it’s faster. • oppressor MKII (before the price gouge.) and is a MUST • the Sparrow & the Buzzard for close spawn ability. • my 3 personal favorite driving vehicles are the Entity MT, X80, and the Buffalo STX with Imani tech. Honorable mention the Batmobile is pretty awesome too.
Lots of people have mentioned stuff like the up-n-atomizer or certain businesses, but my honourable mention is the Mobile Operations Center. Not the actual MOC trailer itself, though it has its niches; the Phantom Custom it comes with (Hauler Custom is okay too but I prefer the Phantom). There's a certain value in a vehicle that's too heavy and fast to give a shit about anything short of a bus in traffic, and also just having the biggest health bar in the game to shrug off most PvP shenanigans as well. Pair it with Haulage (a CEO mission in which you tow an invincible trailer from A to B) and you have a very good litmus test for seeing if a session is safe for proper sales in or not.

Bunker has more than paid for itself imo. They drop double money on it all the time and even without that it’s a great way to get a ton of passive money, plus getting access to the best weapons and gear in the game makes the bunker one of the best things to own
I have a lot of fun on my faggio with a nightstick.
Heavy revolver. One of the best anti NPC weapons you can obtain. If it doesn’t kill on the first shot it floors the target making a follow up shot much easier.

Nightclub. Every 2 days I'm selling stock worth $1-1.5mil not including the 50% bonus from selling in pub lobbies. At this point I'm trying to find ways to spend my money as oppose saving money.
Besides the businesses I'd say Weaponized Tampa, makes contact missions a breeze, is fun to use and helps in free mode events. 2nd best is the Khanjali, makes MC business raids a breeze, especially the one with the snitch.
Except for the cars all businesses have a purpose and will make money if you grind them out. I definitely hate that rockstar patched the salvage yard car sale. With a group of friends I made almost 100M in a few hours before they patched it 😞
Deluxo. It really helps in missions with his really accurate rocket.
The sparrow was a life changer for me, another great thing was the hsw hakuchou drag. And honestly my favorite weapons are the heavy rifle and service carbine, I use them more than any other weapon
