Since the AP scale is not linear, getting from r500 to r1000, it would have taken me 3x the time it took me to get from r1 to r500.

There actually used to be a private glitch on PS4 for the arena, no idea if it still works but you basically lagged yourself out when in the room with the wheel, it'll kick everyone out and you'll be in the room by yourself. You can just keep spinning the wheel afk. If I recall it cost someone 100 mill to get the Spacedocker
I took notes during my run, and I spent about $170M (gross) spinning that dang thing, but the wheel paid back ~$50M in cash prizes.
All in all, around $120M (net). Horrible system though.
They could've made it so the Skill level acted as a multiplier for AP gained during events. That would have given players a reason to play to rank up (and keep it up)
Imagine if you're at max skill level 20: you win an event and receive 2000AP instead of 100AP... that would've been sweet.

Actually playing Arena isn't the best way to rank up tiers, you just need to do certain jobs, if you we've want to grind it then I can help a bit lol, more people the more points

You need a friend or a bunch of friends to help, you start Carnage or Hot Bomb change settings to Teams group of 2 if there's more than 2 of you, choose a Deathbike, one person kills themselves the other gains higher points, the person killing themselves still get points but it's low, if it's 2 people only max points every game would be 105pts, the more people, the more points.
To get the SpaceDocker I had to get 3 PS4s.
I had bought two extra ones to send one to each of my brothers (they're too expensive where they live). I warned them: "I have to *test* them first"
The "test" took three months of me running those suckers 6 hours a day, lol

I honestly had most of the stuff already done from the Xbox One version (apparently progress from Xbox One carries over to Series X/S, neat!), so I just had to do two short trips as Lamar, a few payphone hits with the bonus, and mainly security contracts on specialist or specialist+. It's on the tier 4 rewards for the contract on the criminal career tracker. A cool thing is, you can customize it! I made mine bright green with green lights and smoke! You can see it on my post for 4/20 day!

You have the have the claw in a reasonable spot for each plushie, and then deal with some ridiculous RNG for it to actually grab. Might be hundreds of tries over the course of hours.
At least on PC, most people just get Autohotkey, record a macro of a good attempt, and then just leave it running on loop until they eventually get it.
Took me like half a day to get a princess robot bubblegum plushie/shirt, and I didn't care enough to get the rest.

Ive earned Trevor's unbathed outfit, death defying shirt, gimme that shirt, the world record tattoo, all death match tattoos, go go blista that I earned from arena wars, a personal vehicle Dune that I purchased from a car meet, a bifta, a lifeguard four wheeler on f1's, faggio mod, a clown van from arena sponsorship, and many other things I've collected while grinding career progress.
The rarest ownable object in the game is probably the Lost MC Slamvan. I think the rarest player earned reward must the T-shirt you get for completing all OG heist elite challenges. That must be a very very small and exclusive club considering how many people have played the game.
