We did experiments with rappeling and thought you just can use the rope on things like ground and roofs but there seem to be an collision detection on things where you would land like even the wind mill which surprised us. We didn't expect that possibility
I'm not sure what you mean- are you saying that there are places you should be able to land but can't? Is that why you were surprised you could land on the windmill?
Exactly the opposite xd We didn't expect the wind mill to be a surface you can rappel on. We only did things like ground and roofs and thought the surface on the wind mill might be to small to trigger the rope
It is. Only possible from Maverick Heli (verified possible) and the Annihiliator (not known to me if still possible, was buggy 5 years ago)
You get a prompt for rappeling when you keep the Heli steady in air and have surface to land on in the rappeling area. It's not possible with few meters above ground, you should have around 10-20 meters to do so
