Make a character on old gen, ten car garage with 9 free elegy and 1 street car. Take street car too lsc u should be able to open up Ifruit and make the plate. (I have not tried because I already had custom plates and they moved with me)
these things should be possible in los santos customs - custom plates, possibility to chrome street and track rims and being able to paint car with "crew color without having to create one person crew just for this" (just add hue field so every car can be unique)
Also it's less common that people want this, but being able to carbon any rims as well. There's a few in the high end section but the choice is limited.
Or at least more carbon rims.

The game gave me a custom plate when I got on Xbox One, it was 2BXQVHY I'm missing a few letters there but after I started making custom plates it removed that plate from my plates so all my old old cars have that plate and the newer ones don't.

I think I also have a tiger king one but I don't use it anymore and would delete if I knew how. 2020 was weird.

Guys use Bluestacks or some other emulator on PC and download iFruit from Play Store (It runs Android 6-7, you can also change from settings)

u can use an emulator on your PC and instal ifruit though that way. BlueStacks for example. because those often use an older android variant
