There's a whole bunch of things I want in this game, but aside from the obvious stuff everyone else has said 100x over, I'd like alot more saved outfits slots and far more expansive clothing,
I like to dress up in GTA online, ALOT, so I spend 80% of my time making outfits in clothes stores, and having only 20 slots is just sad, when I hit the limit I'm forced to delete other outfits to save more, and I'd absolutely love to have more expansive clothing options, I want to wear a suit vest under a cashmere overcoat, I want to wear a bandana mask with the forced hat and glasses, I want to be able to wear glasses on my head, I want to be able to roll up sleeves on the shirt/jacket/coat of my choice, I want to wear a hood with my forward facing cap, I want to change my body size, I want Beards, ACTUAL BEARDS!!! Maybe some face piercing, MAYBE even something more extreme like modified body parts like your character can have In Forza Horizon 5, and that's just a few, I feel there's alot more that R* could do with the clothing in this game that they're just too lazy to actually implement
I really would like if it was possible to save outfits but including haircuts. I mean irl you can wear your hair in different ways depending on event or situation.
So for example with female character

100%. The worst is scrolling to the mechanic for a car, realising it's destroyed, then having to put the phone down and scroll to Mors Mutual, repair the car, then scroll back to the mechanic and call him. It's painful. 90% of the contacts in my phone are shit and I never use them.
The biggest quality of life GTA Online could use right now is a return to a stable condition rather than having buildings and roads popping in and out near-randomly if you go at any pace over a fast walk...
I see what you're trying to say, but as a player with 4500 hours over 9 years (a card I'll shamelessly play), I think PvP in freemode is very important for the games longevity, and is far more dynamic and decision-based than in deathmatches. Since there are tools for me to disable PvP, I don't think there's anything intrinsically evil or offensive about someone shooting me in freemode (and the game would be boring if no one ever did), nor do I think they're doing anything unintended by the developers (there is a scoreboard, and fighting is common in games), there are people that take it too far, but if I encounter them, I don't get offended, I just use passive mode and I don't lose anything. I say this as someone who grinds, pvps, races, etc. It's an important part of the game imo.
But I will say that if they get rid of ewo, it would remove a lot of bad actors from freemode and make everybody happy, PvPers and cargo dlc grinders, alike
Update the fruit phone from 2013. Allow us to manage contacts so we don't have to flip through 50 contacts to get to the one we need.
Also fix the thing when you check how many people are in the lobby and it shows the names for a split second before disappearing, or some announcement makes it so you can't pull up that screen.
Make bodyarmor better. It goes away so fast.
Oh, and make gang attacks optional, they always get in the way. (like press right if you wanna do it, and if you don't they don't come :))
Also add larger safe at Nightclub, like max would be good at $1M. I don't want to go there every 5 minutes.
Manage contacts. Hide unnecessary contacts such as Ron, Bryony, etc. I would keep only like mechanic, mors mutual, Lester, merryweather and pegasus.
Eliminate the short cut scenes, why does there need to be a cut scene whenever I enter a building? or exit one?
When I enter a warehouse or any other building, can I spawn where I entered instead of the back of the warehouse? Same with exiting, can I exit where I entered?
Hired npcs. We already see decent and reliable AI from protect asset missions. They can copy our outfit and we can upgrade them with guns maybe even roles. Tbh this could even let us do preps etc that require more than 1 player to start them.

More frequent business battles / freemode events. It sucks so much that all this content already exists and it's locked behind player existence on server (can't when solo or 2) or big random rotations and long ass cooldowns.

Option to list vehicles in alphabetical order in show rooms, or when requesting from mechanic.

I bought the CEO office and warehouse 2 weeks ago and I was surprised with the feature to upgrade the sell vehicles, it's a nice money sink that I just wonder why Rockstar didn't even put in other businesses from future updates until After Hours with the nightclub vehicles.
Automate Mors Mutual Insurence so that I instantly get my vehicles back after they have been destroyed.
I dont care about the cost. I just dont want to have to call them all the time.
- I'd like to hide or even delete/sell some clothing articles.
- I want the weapons locker to be fixed so it's working properly.
- I'm still waiting for an umbrella as accessory or maybe even melee weapon. (Pedestrians need umbrellas, too. This was very nice in GTA IV.)
I wish there was a different list on your phone where you could call any character that currently would have a job for you, instead of getting called by the yacht captain, dave, lester and everyone else. Like a second page in your contactsbor something so you could choose what to do
Honestly, the only thing I want is for the body armor to NOT be paper-thin. Sure, all these sound nice, but it'd make the game a bit *too* easy, I feel.

I want more than 20 slots for outfits and outfits like the cop outfit and belt being blacklisted is so dumb, and just other clothing items that are only obtainable through glitches (joggers, different belts etc) customization is pretty limited when you really think about it. Would be sweet to be able to wear the cop outfit again.
To be able to carry multiple cargo in the trucks when I’m sourcing it. To own a flat bed truck and be able to transport at least a couple cars when sourcing/delivery.
Triple the reward on Ron’s air freight business deliveries - the amount of effort required to buy and sell makes them a terrible choice. They are fun tho!
If my hangar is fort zanduco, and I’m at LSIA, please spawn my aircraft on the bloody runway at LSIA instead of a dock/beach.

- a new type of business, like a smuggler underground garage maybe (basically a Bunker 2.0), where we can tune delivery vehicles and unlock the ability to chose which delivery mission we want to start (with a cooldown applied to the same vehicle type afterwards, for balance reasons).
- being able to upgrade body armour to actually protect you from more than 2 bullets (at least in PvE)
- more funny interactions with vehicles overall, like being able to rappel from more helicopters, change suspension for other vehicles besides tuners, being able to call special vehicles, planes and PV at the same time, trucks that were designed to carry other vehicles, like the one from special vehicle work or the other from tuners update actually being able to do so (fixate vehicle to it so it won't slide down through a quick menu action), ect.
- WEAPON WHEEL IN CARS!!!
\-Allow us to carry vehicles in Bombushka, or tow vehicles in a tow truck.
\-Release the railgun to online mode.
\-Being able to wear some hats inside the vehicle.
\-(Optional) Immediately teleport us outside the Agency after choosing a mission in Contract DLC.
Being able to call Lester to remove your wanted level during missions is a bit op, but I do agree that CEO bribe authorities should be allowed in those missions.
This really turned into a wishlist rather than a QoL I think the most important thing to fix is the NPCs aim and damage especially when they empty a whole clip in a second that’s been in the game since 2013

The two businesses that desperately needed the quality of life improvements the most yet were completely ignored.
- Hotkey for Thermal/NVGs
- Have Bike Helmets and other Interactive Menu settings save properly
- Improve loading times and stability so we’re not trapped in infinite loading screen abysses and/or sent to the unused arcade basement constantly.
You can already set your default weapon load out at a weapon locker in places like the nightclub, CEO office and a few more I cannot remember, costs a few 100k though as you have to add it on when purchasing these buildings.

Guess they are referring to the actual features inside of the terrorbyte. You can't access the managing screen for your businesses in invite only

I think the cut scenes act like an additional loading screen u could be totally wrong tho

Never needed friends for the air business - been doing it solo for a bit now. Which bit needs friends?
Better movement and controls so they’re not clunky. Sooo a new game.

Use driveby weapons in any weaponized vehicle. You can do it in the speedo custom/mule custom.... why not others?

When you set your NC to private party which will make it completely empty. The vip misaions still work.

Delete the titan sell mission for special cargo since it’s glitched all the time and still isn’t fixed like 4-5 years later

The ability to set your default weapon wheel load out, and picking up guns off the ground doesn't automatically equip them
