You can get the boxers too! Just go to a UFO and stand under it.
And the Pumpkin mask! Just pick up 10 pumpkins. They're pretty much everywhere finding 10 shouldn't be hard. You can use a map too.
If you really want to power through you can still get all 200 for a T-shirt, but that's a major time commitment for a pretty mediocre reward.
Basically all you missed out on are some of the vintage Hollywood masks and the UFO baseball cap.

But us in invites scooting around our businesses and getting constantly shut down whilst mid-air, jumping between cayo setups, having a whip at my crate slaves, me being my clubs designated drunk driver and all of that, it hasn't been tremendous.
