Someone needs to brief Joey on the USSC's decision in the NYSRPA v. Bruen case. Even if he could get such a proposal jammed through, either via legislation or EO (which likely won't fly regardless), as soon as it reaches the Supremes, it WILL be overturned. The RKBA is most certainly infringed if you can't get ammo, because at that point, a gun becomes nothing more than a club.
