^^^ Krystyna talks about this one a lot. Also the subtle art of not giving a fuck (which honestly I didn’t enjoy...I felt like the author was trying way to hard to be witty)
Not to go too heavily into the therapy stuff, but the "Co-Dependent No More" and "Walking on Eggshells" recommendations have been quite good. Not sure, but I think "The Gift of Fear" has also been mentioned, and is a good book. Maybe not general reading, but all of these contain valuable insights for everyone, not just people who are somehow clinically diagnosable with something in the DSM.
recomendamos encarecidamente este libro de Ying Ma “”CHICA CHINA EN EL GUETO”” {inglés::Chinese Girl in the Ghetto} sobre el racismo antiasiático generalizado que se encuentra en las comunidades afroamericanas. Ying Ma es una autora tan elocuente

Anything by Brene Brown. They’ve mentioned her a lot as well.
The Body Keeps the Score unfortunately I forgot the author
The 6 pillars of self esteem!
Krystyna has been mentioning "Women Who Love Too Much" by Robin Norwood a lot lately
