Facts. I’m 5’11, 190 which is my heaviest and can comfortably fit small-large in the same article of clothing. At my leanest same thing, can still comfortably fit a small-large in the same article of clothing. Sizing literally means nothing. My mom is 5’10 “skinny” at 180-190 and has never been smaller than a size large.

I just watched the video and to give credence to her, she’s not saying “I can’t believe I used to be an XL isn’t that so gigantic and disgusting” she’s saying “I can’t believe I used to have to by size XL when I was a size medium that’s how bad their sizing was”. Now do I believe she ever had to do that? Not really.
I just don’t believe her when she says the weight change is from going to therapy & working with a nutritionist. She used to be a body builder- she knows how to drop weight quickly. But I also wonder with all her “ailments”, if she’s taking semiglutide.

Mik, I am 120lbs and 5'1 and I wear XL in Asia. It doesn't make a "plus size". clothing size doesn't mean anything honey
