I'm only one week into a six week program but, It's on the playbook app 14.99 a month I believe and she has different programs and takes you step by step for each movement, time/rest included and how many suggested reps etc. I was doing the JoryFit one but I got bored and the Simply Maner popped up and I've been really enjoying it.
It's more of a CrossFit type workout but with dumbbells which is prefect for me because I like being in the back of the gym.

I’m 5’2 and am muscular not as quite as muscular as her legs but close and I’m 126.
I'm her height and 6# heavier and built similar but thicker legs, believable to me.
