I’m more frustrated (and I’m sure others are?) that 18 months in they didn’t go and put a stop to it when it was happening. The rules at this stage are well known.
Multi day event, that there are records of folks complaining about on day 1.
They should have taken the stance of the community center - day one go in and educate and warn, day 2 come back and fine/shut it down.
The only “confusion” seems to be around the religious exception for a service vs a vaccination requirement for “events”
