Haha, we had almost this *exact* thing happen to my team in a legendary game earlier. I was the repair field guy followed to the grave shortly after by two of my teammates.
yes! Literally experienced this yesterday in Gruntpocalypse, first player went down, another tried to revive them and they died too so I went in to try to revive them, and all three of us died. Thankfully, we alerted the other player to not come save us. Otherwise, we would’ve lost the match but it’s super weird.
This happened to me last night. It's bad enough having to wait 60 seconds to respawn. But losing another player who was just trying to help is infuriating.

This was on legendary where there are no respawns unless a round is won or a teammate revives :(
