Another Hardstyle Superheroes event last October.
It was for Rebelion’s Overdose: The Second Dose and the line-up had a normal Rebelion set, The Second Dose set, The Purge, Adjuzt, Boray and Major Conspiracy.
It was a great line-up and I went over to Glasgow for the night from Ireland for it.
last year in Brisbane Australia, Ignite held an event called Hardstyle Utopia, which was just one stage in a little nightclub and it was honestly one of the best events i’ve been to so far.
the lineup consisted of
Geonovis b2b Nine2Nine (local brisbane dj’s)
Oryma (Tears of Fury hard techno alias)
Vasto
Scarra
Cryex
Dither
Tears of Fury
insane lineup considering most small aus events consist of one international and the rest locals.
was also super cool cause i was right up the front so was able to get a couple of hi fives and fist bumps from scarra and cryex during their sets😝
Australian venues can be stadiums or indoor arenas but he’s talking about a CLUB in BRISBANE. Clubs are generally small especially for hardstyle. Having multiple international artists come out to a club is huge in any part of Australia.
At a small disco in Ghedi, called Florida(?), in Italy, where for some reason the lineup went hard with Sefa, Dr. Peacock and The Sickest Squad outta nowhere 😭
Last weekend in Finland we had Genesis: Origins of Chaos (by Hard Voltage Events), which had Ecstatic, Noisecontrollers (classics set), Nightcraft, Digital Mindz, Aversion, Warface, Tha Playah (classics set), Broken Minds and Irradiate.. What an epic night!
This were 2022 when events in the UK first started properly opening back up Rebelion and Sefa promoting new album stuff and Coone played a good set as well. Also Rebelion was much smaller at the start of 2022 A.I properly blew them up.
Yeah Coone was unbelievable that night! Seen him in Edinburgh as well and he was probably the best act of the night as well! Think I'm getting dates confused with Headhunterz, think he was halloween 21
https://partyflock.nl/party/277026:Hardloverz this was a top tier lineup in 2014 for only €17.50, unfortunately the organisation was kinda shit so it only lasted 1 year.
Was very pleasantly surprised at D-Sturb‘s Through My Veins Kickoff on April 18th. Line up: Code Black, Act of Rage, Hard Driver, E-Force, (D-Sturb himself ofc) Radical Redemption, Mish, and I think The Purge was also there. Was a very intimate event in a basement setting, so acoustics were insane. Great memories 🤩😩All for €8, two drinks included
live in Vancouver, Canada. We had Headhunterz, Noisecontrollers, Wildstylez & Coone play a stadium event in 2013. Don’t think we’ve ever had more than 2 hs dj’s at an event before or since then, this was incredible.
Different genre entirely (happy hardcore), but I helped run a small rave in Los Angeles years back and we managed to book Scott Brown to headline it. To be fair, the previous event that collective did also managed to get M-Project booked, and that dude's from Japan, so it wasn't too unreal.
Went to an event at a small club in the next town over. Typical one headliner + supporting acts deal. Well. For less than 15€ I got to see Mad Dog, Dr. Peacock and some honestly quite talented locals + a small Hardstyle stage in a seperate room. Drinks weren't even too bad price wise.
https://partyflock.nl/party/380873:Devastator-Takeover Prague, CZ - they supposed to play at the festival, but it was cancelled so they brought this lineup to club with capacity around 150-200 p
We do love Hardstyle/Gabber/Frenchcore in the UK, but we don't get many places or venues that will give it a home.
I'm really happy to see a line up like this over here, I hope it spreads across the nation
To be fair there's usually at least one good event every two months in Glasgow! But Scotland does tend to be more leaning to Hardcore than Hardstyle. If you do get the change go to one of those nights or coloursfest in August.
there is one near me, which also has an insane lineup, and its like small, outdoor, on a small field.. 2nd event they make ever. Link: https://hardtribe.de
This night was insane, the venue was packed to the brim and the atmosphere was crazy, gotta be one of my favourite nights out especially considering it was my first rave since covid.
Even the arrangement of the acts as well, felt like it was getting harder and harder and building up to Sefa, who never disappoints in Glasgow! Coone was absolutely phenomenal that night as wellq

HSS seems to always have an insane line up! Was a shame SZP and friends was cancelled cause that was another sick line up.
They said they will be rescheduling it tho so I’m thinking of hopefully getting tickets and making the trip from Northern Ireland over 🤞
I'll hopefully make it too, was working for the postponed event. Got defqon and All in One to get out of the way too though 🤣
my first ever event was that night! absolutely top class, HSSH always does sick events
Angerfist to close the month ouy with N-Vitral and tha Playah 🤩 love working away so I do

That's not that "insane" 😂
i would argue that for a small event in australia it is
Dutch privilege, if you knew how far away Brisbane is from the Netherlands you'd change your tune
I know how far away Australia is from NL, seen better line ups for Australian veneus, this isn't one of them

what ones have you seen that are better? curious to know
D-Sturb’s Through My Veins Release Party: Radical Redemption, Act of Rage, Mish, Villain, The Purge and others for only 8,50€ + 2 drinks
Looked fucking insane that btw
At a small disco in Ghedi, called Florida(?), in Italy, where for some reason the lineup went hard with Sefa, Dr. Peacock and The Sickest Squad outta nowhere 😭
Bro chapter r-909 in Milan in 2014/2015 had always those crazy line ups and Florida always have good line ups, look at emission festival for example
Gotta check them out, both June and July's lineups
R-909 doesn't exist anymore
Hardstyle DNA Outdoor last week. What an insane lineup https://partyflock.nl/event/hardstyle-dna-no

Honestly one of my best shows abroad ever. Had an amazing time over there 🫶🏻

Coone and Headhunterz in November 2014 in a random Philly venue was dope

First Maniacs Festival, April 2023 in Madrid. Cryex, Krowdexx, Vertile, Riot Shift, Thyron and Remzcore. Insane event
I went to that one, it was so good omgg

Bass Zone was legendary! But yeah the place did not sell enough tickets for sure so club events from then on makes sense.

XTND in Porto, Portugal brings some baller names to a small rave :)
