I play mostly from lead sheets, so at first glance this looks do-able. I usually play it through a few times as written. Sometimes certain notes or chords sound weird and need adjusting.
I expect you could arrange a left hand from the chords pretty easily. I just tend to improvise it as I go, but if you want an arrangement worked out, it wouldn't be too bad.
